Liquid Death is correct.

While you could argue TECHNICALLY it's not plastic free since there's a thin plastic lining inside of the can (which is there to prevent metal from leeching into the beverage, and tainting the taste of the product) the amount of plastic inside the can is negligible and I'm pretty sure most people aren't as anal-retentive as old Timmy Boy here. No one is having a shitfit over a aluminum can being labeled as plastic free.

Meanwhile you got Tim getting his panties in a wad over this, and sticking his retarded nose into a business he has zero knowledge on how to run and then trying to do something to upstage the better run business by engaging in the most retarded way. On 20 October, Tim had Devarjaye "DJ" Daniel, a young boy with brain cancer that dreams of being a police officer, & his father, Theodis, as the guests.

Phil, Shane, & Tate the producer, were the co-hosts.

The guests did not contribute that much, but considering DJ's condition, it is understandable.

-I started this episode, wondering how a two hour long show, with a teenager that has gone through more than a dozen major surgeries would go. Thankfully, DJ would not be around for the entire episode, because he had trouble responding to questions about his recent accolades:


-Tim compares the current situation to the start of a zombie movie, where no one notices the crisis, until it boils over. This leads into Tim whinging about how much he fears for his life, & that it was security assessments reporting "a active plot to, to, to strike the Charlie Kirk memorial, 100%, we don't know if it'll happen" which kept him away. This also includes threats to himself, & his family, as well as the risk of a random "normie liberal" snapping & shooting him, on the street, which force him to limit time, out in public:

Even if they had money, they wouldn't give it to Tim. Besides, last time he had Fuentes on, Fuentes spent the twenty minutes in the cuck chair and then left because Kanye didn't want to deal with Tim's pedantism. I think Tim is trying to shore up his rightward support, now that Israel is losing popularity, there. The beanie bow has pawned off playing the kosher commissar to Elad. & during his absence, several hosts were clear on being ambivalent on, or against, backing Israel. Add to that, he & Phil have been warming to Nick Fuentes, over the past month.

Tim has been on a "The end is nigh" kick, since Charlie Kirk was assassinated. When anyone brings up moderating, the beanie boy is as like as not to respond with something to the effect of "They killed Charlie Kirk". It is not helped by how he is fixated on the Spanish Civil War, as of late, in a historically illiterate way, & his belief that the left is particularly targeting him, due to his self-proclaimed effectiveness at swaying liberals towards Donald Trump.

Tim spent less time dooming-&-glooming, because he got to drown us in talk of poker.

-Tim is not too sharp, because he missed George's prick joke. Speaking of lack of responses, no one noticed the poor quality of the stream, for several minutes:


-The topic of gambling being a danger to society comes up. Naturally, Tim tries to both-sides it, accepting Elad's argument that loosening restrictions has caused serious damages, but strawmans the stance by stating that restricting particular kinds of it should not be banning all forms of betting. The beanie boy goes on to blame it, not on loosening regulations, but cultural degradation:


Elad highlights the growing impact of betting apps, which was not how it was before, & calling out Tim twisting restoring prior restrictions into a complete ban. Tim fails to acknowledge this, & just plows ahead, continuing to call out culture, as the issue. George labels restricting access to things that can harm people, like gambling, as "socialism". Mary steps in to note that laws do shape morality, as well. But the beanie boy brushes this off, claiming that people ignore the letter of the laws, if culture says otherwise. This sees him revive an old case he made that when laws must be written down, society is falling apart. Which means society has been collapsing since the Bronze Age. Tim's personal example is people going into the work refrigerator, & drinking protein shakes meant for guests, so he had to put up a sign saying not to eat things you did not buy, yourself. Meaning the Branch Timidian compound is in moral collapse, according to Tim's standard. Libby notes that the Ten Commandments being set down, in literal stone, was a way to prevent anyone from claiming to know what God's laws were, as a counter example. Tim has no real answer to this. As the exchange goes on, the beanie boy begins shuffling a deck of cards, in what I presume is a self-soothing action, & not a subconscious tell that he cannot put away his gambling habit:


-Tim is arguing for a second Reconstruction of the Democrat-led states, or else face a second civil war. The beanie boy pushes for Pres. Donald Trump to suspend habeas corpus, as Abraham Lincoln did in Maryland, under what he claims was authority "he didn't have", months before the First Battle of Bull Run/Manassas. Tim compares Trump theoretically suspending habeas corpus on the highways for ICE to operate, to that implemented by Lincoln on railways to arrest alleged saboteurs:

The suspension was justified under Article I Section 9, that permits suspending habeas corpus "in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it". A Supreme Court case was brought, Ex Parte Merryman, but despite ruling against Lincoln's suspension, it was not honored. However, the administration moderated its stance, releasing John Merryman, afterwards. It was only in 1863, as George notes, that Congress created the law justifying Lincoln's expansion of the suspension, with their own power. When it comes to the situation Lincoln faced to justify the suspension, the rebellion in question started prior to Lincoln's March inauguration. The Deep South had already officially seceded, forming the Confederacy, in February; secessionist state militias already began seizing federal property; as well as driving off a supply ship sent to Fort Sumter. While rising in severity, it is nowhere near 1861 in today's climate.



George brings up the need for legislative approval of Trump doing that, to avoid labels of tyrant, Tim argues that Lincoln had congressional approval, but was still marked as such. The beanie boy pushes for an ends-justifies-the-means approach, with history determining whom was right, because Democrats will send "the rest of us to prison", if they return to power & press their advantage. For this reason, Tim wants a fulsome approach to crushing the Democrats, but both George & Libby do not think Trump, or the Republicans have the intestinal fortitude to do it:

Maybe half a decade ago but no one in here posts favorably of Tim. Its all observation and criticism.
