He seems to imply the house will double as his companies HQ, with his staff living in it full time. In that respect it might be too small. Also, living where you work is a stupid idea, and will lead to interpersonal drama effecting the company. Tim already had this in microcosm with Adam. It will only get worse as he grows the company.

Not sure what I watched but this guy keeps popping up on my Youtube suggestions and seems to be getting more and more unhinged. He strikes me as a guy who needs to walk away and decompress but he can't because he makes his living spamming videos about politics so he's forced to stew in this rage.
