Why is always a retailer known for damaged goods/ not being able to ship products/ have products in the first place? Target and Walmart are terrible for this but because they have money Hasbro gives them what they want despite upsetting buyers.

It was likely cheaper to cancel it entirely then fixing whatever mis-assembly issue the figure had.
