BBTS does a charge with tariffs right? I never done online pre-ordering before so I have no idea which one's generally the most reliable one.

The potential tariff is included in the cost with BBTS. They notify you if the tariff has increased since your pre-order before they charge you.
 
As i speculated over Takara doing a new Star Saber, it actually happened. A bit disappointed it's not the G1 version, but since Adamas Machina is a line about highly detailed figures, i'm not too surprised and i still think it looks great, since this one has Autobot logos, i won't have to think about the awful interpretation from the IDW comics. Overgear Optimus and Beast Wars 2 Galvatron are also solidified purchases from me. I wish Gigastorm was smaller since getting him would give me no reason to get AOTP Trypticon, or the other way around. Suppose i'll make a finalized decision if there'll be more images of Gigastorm
 
gigastorm only having the horn as a retool is lame, but god damn it triggers something in me how sick it is(and why they never did this before is beyond me)
will galvatron release in our line or will it remain a japanese exclusive?

That's the only retool the original toy had too, if I remember right.

More often than not, yes. Amazon usually has preorders available at the same time Hasbro reveals them, BBTS comes a little later. Both are usually MSRP, but obviously Amazon has free shipping if you're a prime member versus the $6 flat rate for BBTS.

I mean what else did you want? the original was just Trypticon with a mohawk and with no accessories besides the Gigascouter.

I'm pretty sure he was still an Autobot in those, just an evil one.

I think he was only a Autobot in the reboot universe of idw and also had a different personality. Before that, he had no affiliation with either Autobots or Decepticons, because the old IDW version of Star Saber was actually based on james robert's awful fanfiction days, where Star Saber was a insane religious fanatic. Not that this matters much at all, because the Adamas Machina Star Saber seems to be doing its own thing while also taking inspiration from the G1 design/Flame Toys version. Really the only thing this has in common with the IDW design is the shoulders. I still want him

I make the most out of that $6 shipping with the pile of loot feature. I just wait out the full 90 days and let the loot pile up to maximum and then ship it. Patience pays off well.

a bit more anime styled with bigger claws and bigger theeth, but that would be nearly impossible to do.
what would make this impressive if they shrunk him down to a commander class to scale better with galvatron.
