Ngl, I'm watching this. The reason we don't have comedies anymore is because everyone in front of a camera is one offended troon away from having their entire life taken away. Kai, for better or for usual worse, has shown he doesn't give a fuck so this could actually have potential.
What's weird is I can't find anything else about it - who's producing/directing it, who wrote it, nothing is public yet and the trailer didn't even say who the asian guy was (apparently his friend Ray from Japan?).
It makes more sense once you learn than Kai is Managed by the "MrBeast Management Firm" (Archive). This is a very Mr. Beast-esque move - drop a trailer and full movie on stream within a week, generate a ton of hype and capitalize off of it.
