Unbiased Alternatives to Wikipedia?

Depends on the topic you want the research on, if the website focuses on it, it will most likely be more complete than Wikipedia anyways, specially if it's in regards to maths or science (Wikipedia is useless).

Or maybe you can ask ChatGPT to give you several resources from the web if you're lost.

If you're talking about something crowd-sourced for information then you won't find one, really. Whatever you might find that isn't infested is only so because it's small and likely underdeveloped. What helps for wikipedia is to use other language versions of certain articles. You can also often find all kinds of information that isn't cited or talked about on other versions of the same article. One personal example was the Ophel biome article. To my knowledge there still isn't an English article on it.
 
Wait until 50 cent wing night, walk into your local BDubs, then ask random questions to the guy sitting next to you at the bar. Take notes, in case you require further research. That's what I do and it works great.
