That's my assumption too, the mugshot thing makes it pretty obvious unless he's literally as retarded as Tom. Tom has used this info on AMB to try and hold over Sig's head. Sig just laughed it off and told him it was wrong info and to go fuck himself so he is aware someone was feeding Tom information. Same with the shit about Elaine Miller.
