Monster Prom has some SJW elements but the game's art/ui looks polished and the character designs are pretty cute.

The difference between MP and Validate is that MP is made by people who despite their beliefs know they still have to market their game to a general audience. It's clear they were more interested in making a product first and a message second. So despite not liking some of these elements it's still clear that they put in an effort to make something enjoyable.

The problem with Validate is that we've seen very little of that enjoyment or the professionalism involved. That and MP while in another subgenre of visual novels still has a more interesting premise than this game.

To be honest the only appeal this game has is the aesthetic of the UI, a lot of western visual novels I've read for the most part just stick with Renpy's default or some edited form of it which gives it that lazy feeling (like RPGMaker games in a way). Hell even the backgrounds have some style to it.
It's really a shame the games portraits and premise is such hot fucking garbage.
