I, for one, waiting to see your L2D debut stream. As for answer, I think that "face randomly showing" bug isn't a thing anymore with new technology in the market. If it bug out, you just frozen or disappear. It also just track the movement of your facial features, not the video feed of the face I think.

Yeah Live2D has come so far, as Kson proved recently. The whole face thing as Diya said hasn't been a thing for a long time now, it just disappears if anything remotely goes wrong.

Just imagining the iconic wikihow dog in L2D form would be peak kino.

I'm honestly not sure if that bug was even a thing; if you're referring to that one Nora Cat reveal, I don't really think that was a bug, it's been known a guy runs the channel long before that happened. If anything, it was probably meant as a joke more than anything, and shit got lost in translation as it blew up in the West.

Software on iPhone doesn’t use video to create the mask that makes the avatar move but those Face ID whatever sensors. That’s why it’s faster and superior in quality to webcams. So that shouldn’t really be a concern nowadays.

From what I've watched of Nina, she just kind of strikes me as someone caught in two minds on what she wants to do right now.

Reimu, Millie, and Enna have all been good friends for at least a couple years, and they're entering a group comprised of more people who know each other in some way. Nina doesn't know anyone at all, and on top of that, she's mentioned that she became unhappy with who she was in her past life so it's possible that playing a character is easier for her to mask her 'Monkeyism' self (which still comes out when she banters).

The honey spam still filters me from watching her, but I'm more sympathetic to her situation and willing to see what it turns into. The girls obviously seem to like her.

This actually seems like a good deal. If the animation and rigging from the videos posted are any indication of the final product, this would work well for a slobber mutt vtuber. It's not like you need an incredible amount of detailed animations like most of the waifu vtubers have either. Just some expressions and turning.

On a side note, once you get sucked into vtubing, make tons of money, and have your live 3D debut. Please recreate the panchi commercial with your model.

i think the accident with the glitches that turned off the cam was with older versions of the software and people that were dumb enough to use webcams, at best what happens now is that the model stop moving until you reboot the phone so it register your face again
