Being a manager in one of the worst professions to be a manager in (food service), you're spot on. Anyone who does this job other than for monetary reasons (it pays decent enough) or tries to overhype what is essentially parenting grown adults to do a menial job, are sadists who'll backstab you the moment you don't do anything they like.

If there was sabotage at Offkai by Staff/Volunteers, you will see them gloat about it after the fact, These people don't have a concept of Opsec or the fact they can still be sued after the fact.
However, I'm not 100% convinced there was sabotage, I usually think incompetence is the more realistic answer in situations like this, but given the Kirsche and Pippa shit I wouldn't be shocked.

I don't feel like his post has enough info to say one way or another if its a lie, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and saying he's mostly right in his post.
