I looked into this & the video and went through the details, but also looked into "Fusl". Before I begin, I watched the whole video and I'll start with the video statement.
Part II: Disgust
Other than the intro, Brandon starts out by saying he got sent a message by Urghbla which linked a Twitter account with little/no views. I attempted to find this via Google & Twitter but ended up coming short. I also tried to reverse the blur to find the username (which I could), when I tried to see it, the account was deactivated. This also could be inspect element as well.
The screenshot linked below is this. It's a picture of the VRChat discord (predating the username change), which has a Matrix screenshot as well. The bottom of the Matrix messages is a sex toy frequency vibration tool, "awawa", and a picture of AI generated CSEM (which is said but is bleeped out for YouTube guidelines). This comes from a Matrix account: @fusl:meo.ws.

Furthermore, UrghBla contacts someone named "Hackebein", who is a software developer in Germany. He is very persistent in claiming that this is a fake screenshot, stating that for the Element screenshots to be real, it would have to show as verified. He continues by stating to look at the source code because he has an "unverified session" and is angry at UrghBla for saying that he is defending him and that it's not his job to make "your YT content" (?). This is a strange comment as you have to be whitelisted to join Fusl's discord server.
Continuing on and finishing this segment, Brandon states that Hackebein is Fusl's right hand man. He states that unverified messages are the regular way Matrix (Element) messages are sent this by default, and the green shield (Verified) just confirms that the messages. He then claims he looked into Fusl's history.
Part III: The Observed
Brandon unmasks Fusl as Katie Holly (Powerword: Kevin Holly) as a VRChat Lead Server / DevOps Engineer (which oversees the architecture, deplyoment, and management of server infrastructure). In an archive of Fusl's steam account, he reveals that he has over 50 thousand hours (or 2083 days/5.7 years) on VRChat. He also shows that he owns some Lolicon games (for this he shows NEKOPARA). The hours here are most likely botted. Fusl's screenshots show that he plays VRChat with his avatar, which mainly contains sexual themes and a screenshot that shows "Want some loli milk?". He was also banned from VRChat for using a modified client before being hired.
Fusl also has a public discord server called "The Inner Circle" which contains most of his friends. Using Vencord, checking the inside of this discord reveals "fionera's sex dungeon" and "awawa" which is the same message shown in the Matrix logs, thereby confirming the screenshot.
We then go to this LinkedIn which shows his history. In the video however, the colors are distorted. William Weber is a important connection which we will discuss later. Before being hired at VRChat as a Lead DevOps Engineer, he used to be a DevOps Engineer for the gay dating app Grindr, before moving onto Ring (the security system). After being let go, he founded a company named "Silent Ghost e.U" and then became a DevOps Technical Lead at the Archive Team as a Freelancer.
This is also where another controversy happens. After being fired from Ring years ago, there was controversy on the Ring forums which multiple Ring devices connected to DNS servers belonging to "Silent Ghost" in Austria and a antivirus deemed it to be a C2/Botnet risk. Brandon claims that these ring cameras were sending data to Fusl (Kevin) and that people that were affected were refunded but he thinks that there is more belonging to this.
Part IV: Web of William
This goes over "William Weber". There is a A&N thread about this by @Markass the Worst, but I'll briefly go over this because this guy is his business partner & transcribe it. The video starts with a strange rambling in which he shows off a pocket knife. He says to "go fuck yourself" if you think he cares. Brandon then goes over how Kevin Holly (Fusl) with William Weber founded 3 companies in the United Kingdom within the span of a 2 months: "IPV4 LIMITED", "FUSLVZ LTD", & "FUSL LTD". In both companies, they put in €250K in starting capital each, making the total €500K. IPV4 Limited with both started with €1.25M each. After a few years, these companies were dissolved with €2M in total going through all companies.
Brandon then goes over William Weber and on a forum named "LowEndTalk" he is an urban legend. When he was 20, he started hosting Tor Exit nodes. In one case, someone hosted child porn on the Tor exit nodes. Because of this, he landed himself 3 months in jail for the time served with 3 years probation. He also said that the logs existed and recommended Tor to "host anything anonymously including CP, but this was of course taken out of context".
According to Brandon, he is under investigation for the crimes of "Owning a fully automatic firearm", possession of armor piercing ammo, hate crimes against a religious group, conspiracy as part of a criminal organization". He however, was charged with: "illegal weapons possession, drug import and exports, drug sales, sales of restricted medication without a license, operating a stolen car, driving without license and operating as member of a criminal enterprise in planning to defraud a bank, tax fraud & evasion, sanctions violations involving Russia/Iran/Syria, property theft by fraud, general theft, car theft, and securities fraud/insider trading". Holy shit.
From here, Brandon highlights he owned 2 companies with this man & stashed €2M with this man. After all of these confrontations, he tried to confront Fusl directly. Afterwards, he tried contacting him on Telegram. After this Telegram confrontation, he got blocked within 10 seconds of reaching out to him on Telegram. However, a former friend of Fusl reached out to Brandon and pointed him to 2 ex-partners that he dated after being employed by the company.
Part V: Exhumation
We now cut to VRChat gameplay which is in an interview room. He is interviewing both people. For the sake of clarity, I will call Person 1 "15K" and Person 2 "20K" by their hours on VRChat, as they both dated Fusl for around 6 months. This video is 15 minutes long (150MB) and I will text describe it for you & show screenshots for ease of reading/viewer pleasure.
This is Person 1. He has 15 thousand hours in VRChat. He said to Brandon he would stay anonymous about it because he believes that Kevin would harass him over this. He was a partner with him for 6 months. He is a "people pleaser" (as he puts it). He met Kevin years ago in a "Friends+" server and did not expect him to be there. Afterwards, he grew a relationship with Kevin because he grew "extremely attached" to him because he was desperate. Because he was a staff member on VRChat, he was excited to say the least.
This is Person 2. He has over 20 thousand hours in VRChat. Xhe had a relationship with Kevin after he decided to "end things" with their current "partner". Xhe describes this as the "best week of xer life" because they are a VRChat developer and xhe describes him as the "smartest person xhe has ever met".
Now after the introductions, we get to the questions. Person 1 says after a week in the relationship started on VRChat, Kevin added him on discord. Brandon asks how fast the relationship grew sexual, to which Person 1 responds with "not almost immediately, but pretty quick". Brandon then asks how many times they ERP (Erotic Roleplayed), to which Person 1 responds with "3 times a week" with most of the interactions staying on VRChat. Shown below is a screenshot of one of these ERP sessions.
The ERP question then pans to Person 2. Xhe says before the relationship, they ERP'd once, but after they got together, they ERP'd "multiple times a week until we broke up". Following this, a screenshot pops up (as shown above with Person 1). Person 2 then gets asked by Brandon if it was shocking that a VRChat developer would do ERP, to which Person 2 responds "it shocked me a little bit", but it wasn't something that was "completely unheard of to me".
We then cut to Person 1 asking if he ERP'd with this avatar always, to Person 1 saying yes. Brandon then cuts to Person 2 being asked this same question, to which Person 2 says yes, but also namedrops the creator of this figure "komado" and saying that komado "always refers to all of their bases as children". Person 1 also describes the avatar being "loli like" as well. Brandon then asks if this avatar had the ability to go naked, Person 1 says yes, but then cuts to Person 2 who highlighted there was 2 versions: 1 was able to go naked, and the 2nd half went naked, but used censor bars/bits.
Person 1 gets asked if the avatar had a "DPS" system. I googled this and what came up was a "Dynamic Penetration System". However in the video, Person 1 says that DPS allows you to "connect something together so they can go in like side each other with 2 avatars. It is used in the majority of all NSFW avatars people use for ERP on this game if you wanted to be like fully emersed".
Brandon then cuts to Person 2 talking about what avatars Kevin wanted xim to wear. Person 2 brings up that he absoutely hated when he wore a "runa" (robot avatar), and also (thought) he hated when xhe would wear an "avatar that had boobs". Brandon asks if for the ERP sessions Person 2 wore a loli avatar, and that 9/10 xhe would be in a loli avatar. Brandon then cuts to Person 1 who refers to himself as a people pleaser. Following this, he highlighted that he had specific "fetish requests" such as "age play":
We cut to Person 2 where Brandon asks "Would you say he was obsessed with pornography"? Person 2 says if "he wasn't ERPing with me on VRChat, he was definitely watching some sort of porn, usually hentai of some kind". Brandon then cuts to himself, where he says he got the "Unity files" of the avatar Kevin used. This avatar had the ability to go nude, and had the option to enable "genitalia".
Brandon asks both people on how they got to use "Element" (which is Matrix). Person 1 says that Kevin wanted him to use it as a "secondary alternative to texting". He says it would go from normal conversations, to small convo and then sexual fantasies. Person 2 says that they both used Discord, but at somepoint he wanted xim to switch to Matrix so xhe did. After that, xhe would primarily talk to him on Matrix, especially if it had anything to do with "loli or something related". Brandon then asks them both if they were sent anything by Kevin that made them uncomfortable.
Person 1 says "once or twice" to this answer, saying he sent loli stuff that he said that "the best way to describe would be like ultra realistic, defeating the purpose of it being fantasy to like IRL so really gross" and that he didn't really like it. Brandon asks if "they were more like humans than anime characters" to which Person 1 responds "yes". Person 2 says that there is a "very high likelihood that he is attracted to children". In one instance xhe recalls, xhe was sent "some very realistic 3D rendered loli porn". For a second, xhe thought it was real, but after realizing it wasn't real xhe says it "still made me feel gross and guilty to look at". Xhe deleted the message and told him to "never to send me anything like that ever again". Xhe compared it to the "little girl from The Last of Us".
Brandon then asks "Did he sending you that type of content changed your look at him" to which Person 2 says "not really" but "it probably should have". (!) Brandon then highlights that the original Twitter screenshot you saw was actually an ex-partner, and says he knows which ex-partner it is, asking the person to talk to him. Person 2 also highlights that he saw many things about the VRChat admin panel. This picture below me is a image recreation of what it would look like. I won't go over this as this segment is getting too long, but "Hide from Search", "Scramble Display Names", the IP address data & other admin notes are something to take note of when you log in on VRChat.
Kevin also allowed Person 2 to remote access into his computer within a week of dating. According to Person 2, he might have done this with a lot of people before xim. Person 2 also says that xhe had unattended access to xis systems/servers. Fast forward some time, one of xis friends that he met through Fusl (Kevin), had a "very sad depressing status on discord". At some point, he did "request off of me" (?). Fusl messaged him saying "I know what you're doing, and I am not happy about it". Right after this message, his computer starts having a stroke & breaks. His discord & VRChat breaks, then goes into a mess of grey icons, and his computer "slowly becomes unresponsive overtime".
After this exchange, Person 2 reports it to a "Senior Community Manager" at VRChat. The actions were eventually forwarded to internal, who Person 2 messaged new information to "Tupper" (?). After this, this manager said he was "already aware of the incident". It was unforetold what actions were taken against Kevin, but Person 2 says that he is most likely a "very integral part of VRChat and not so easy to fire".
Interlude: Pathology
There is another victim, this one is a 18 y/o VRChat player with 20 thousand hours. He began played when he was just 10 years old. While he was 14/15, he developed a friendship with Fusl that became public. Brandon recorded a small conversation of this minor about this relationship. He describes that he was "cute" and he had similar "taste in avatars", he "worldhopped" & cuddled with him and held onto him while watching a movie. Kevin stopped hanging out with him because of "some of the drama that came up". This video below goes over these details:
Part VI: YOUR HONOR
This segment goes over Brandon interviewing William Weber. William Weber is the business partner mentioned earlier. Brandon in the video asks about the companies he had, William replies "I did a lot of money laundering in my life, I know a lot about companies yeah". Brandon asks if the amount was about €2M, to which he says "yes, but more like €3-4M". He said it was "legit moving of money but it was not money laundering, it's more of profiteering from stolen goods". He talks about one of his companies "IPV4 Limited" and explains about how he sold IP addresses. He also said he profited €500-600K after selling €1.3M of these goods.
Brandon then asks about Kevin Holly (fusl). William says that's his ex-boyfriend, he got 50/50 incase he gets arrested, he has control over the company and he can start selling off the assets. He also complimented his skills in IT with him being very skilled. After some panic, they both moved to Croatia because of it's "better corrupt justice system that you might be able to bribe your way out if needed". His boyfriend left him shortly after to move to Austria, and he highlighted that the "statue of limitations expired". After this conversation, he explained he wasn't here for his story, rather "Kevin Holly".
Following this, he responded as long as it has "no negative impact on me" then there is no issue. However, he won't disclose anything from the time of the relationship because they both "know too much to literally have each other killed or go to prison for a very long time". When asked if he believed during his relationship Kevin was attracted to children, his response was "no comment". Continuing forth, he says that Kevin "would sell me out for less sentence and this will reach high enough to get me into problems". but says "I am prepared and I don't sell out anyone". This paints a relationship based on fear and "Mutually Assured Destruction".

Thank you for clipping this, you can hear the indifference, annoyance, and dismissiveness of the staff member bringing up the matter. You can hear the handwave of "from time to time, companies of our size, uh, receive allegations involving employees, and we take all these matters seriously" in a tired and dispassionate voice on the matter despite the disturbing issues at hand.
What especially I noticed was the way that he quickly mumbled out "we're reviewing the situation carefully, in line with our standard process", which reads to me like they're just taking the typical unscrupulous way out and hoping scruntiny dies down enough for them to just continue illicit business as usual.
