When I was first introduced to VRChat it was because some friends wanted me to play a game with them. When I went to look for it's download I read the TOS, I always do I'm a little schizo and I remember having to pause to ask my friends in the call why it said something like 13 to 14+ and dating in the same headline. I wish I screenshotted it now so badly because it was so insane the company thought that was acceptable to have in the same advertisement for the front page. My friends told me they just downloaded it and didn't read that. I don't blame them honestly for that, they don't even use it for socializing, just a goofy popular mg, but I can't say I didn't see this shit coming from miles away. It should've been only 18+ even if people aren't uploading 3d cartoon porn shit and strip clubs.

Listen, good work was done and I can respect going undercover to expose a corporation that has become a grooming empire on the level of fucking Roblox...but don't you think the way he did it was severely excessive? It just comes off like he actually was an extreme gooner but wanted to be able to engage in that kind of behavior publicly yet still receive some sort of vindication for it. Like actual gooners who play that game have jobs, go to school, have friends, ect. so there was no reason to give up all of that stuff unless he actually had a serious addiction himself and never wanted to do anything else. I could be wrong but I'm calling it now, this dude is going to attempt this exact same thing with a different community in the future.

Personally, I do believe the only way to rapidly gain trust (with influential figures within an internet 'sphere') and be on the 'inside' of these types of internet communities is to partake. They will never accept you if you do not or seem adverse with the sexual behavior(and all the other degenerate behaviour). You will be ostracized to some extent socially, which matters alot in a game built on socialisation. Hence why the 'queer' mindset is so abumdant in these groups and important to these degenerates online; if you are not accepting of me, you must be the enemy of who I am.

Sure, maybe, it takes a certain person to even consider doing something like this, let alone following through with it. Maybe it was all for the money, maybe he was truely addicted to ERPing with other men online and decided this is the way to repent. I'm sure the VRchat community will be able to share some of his degenerate escapades, if we are lucky. Then we can all laugh and hate eachother and nothing about the systems inplace that make all this possible will change.

I'm going to be honest with you these videos are going to do nothing.

You want actual change you have to reach the parents, and considering those parents gave their child a metaquest headset slapped him on the ass and said go have fun and do not watch them or pay attention to anything they do I don't think they really give a fuck about their kids.

Also I really think VRChat needs to be stopped being called a game. It is not a game it is a social media platform with games on it, and if the narrative this is a fun game my kid can play to this is a social media platform where there are adults and drinking and drug use and it's all uncensored


At the end of the day keep calling them out, but as long as they're making money in the formula keeps working it's going to keep working. Hell look at ROBLOX it actually has people's eyes on it and talking about it and it's been in the news and it's still a cesspool

He really could have just said he was asexual and pro-lgbt or something. You were allowed to go to these spaces and events without engaging in any of the degeneracy, I'm honestly shocked that they didn't just assume he was a fed or undercover with all the questions he was asking that came off like, "Hey, can you say that again but louder directly into my lapel that totally isn't hiding a wire?"
Also, was there really a need to erp with the loli guy? I laughed at the clip, it was funny as shit but he really didn't get anything out of it. It's almost like he had to admit to it but frame it as part of the investigation so it wouldn't come out later and make him look bad.
