The game director signed a tshirt featuring porn of the character she voice acts, then posed with it for a photo and proudly uploaded it to her twitter. They actively encourage this behaviour. I originally thought all the sexual innuendo stuff was just a silly ironic joke but I am convinced they (the developers) actually are unironic porn addicts and the "jokes" they were making all this time were never jokes.
The "gemussy" in-game dev message during citrine release was peak cringe.
Red text making subtly dirty jokes once in a while was funny because it was unexpected, now they've dropped both the "subtle" and the "joke" and the "once in a while" part and every ingame update announcement looks like a pornhub comment section.

Everytime I introduce someone to warframe I tell them to turn off region chat. There is legitimately zero benefit to having it on. Its like having landmines inside your home.
I appreciated the opportunity to learn that Warframe specifically hires fat hogs to moderate its game, because its the only demographic that could be offended by a vg pet being named 'Fatty Dingdongz'.

This is why I barely play in public lobbies anymore. I told someone to stop dragging his fucking heels and get to the evac, so he decided to report me for some of my item names. That said, I guess I was lucky in that I ended up getting my permaban downgraded to a week long suspension.

This is why I never play games where characters have tight fitting suits that show their asscracks. I've played Warframe years and years ago and I remember there not being a single playable character with normal suit on, it's all BDSM-grade tight fit, all the time. I kindda feel concerned for their health.

Fictional worlds aren't real. If a fictional world is full of coombait, it's because the creators wanted it to be full of coombait, not because the ineluctable logic of the game's "canon" (which of course they change any time they want to make something more Current Year or monetizable) forced their hand.

Yeah, people really need to understand that very few writers, especially nowadays, possess the fortitude to go "will this be good for the overall story" when they have some urge, usually sexual or emotional, to put something down for their creative endeavor.
