I have legitimately never heard of that weapon ever.
The Arum Spinosa was added with the Deimos Arcana bounties, along with the Bonewidow, Sporothrix, and the Bubonico. It's an Infested warfan that throws out projectiles on heavy attacks, but they deal some Impact damage so they had an armor-stripping niche with Shattering Impact before the devs added the Vastilok.

Thankfully I already got the Spinosa before the ore veins were broken. Carried my ass during my first romp through SP.

I also haven't been on Deimos in a good bit. What's wrong with mining? Rates for rates are fucked im guessing? Or are we talking about the mining points that are stuck in rock like they have been since launch?

Pretty much the mining spots getting stuck. They've allegedly (I'm at the point that any Deimos resources I need come from Iso-Vault runs, so I wouldn't know myself) gotten worse with Koumei's launch.

EDIT: Some players' prayers have been answered: Xaku P is shipping with the option to keep Xaku's armor on when using their 4, preserving fashionframe.

Guess I'm buying Prime Access on day one.
Also, Gara might get the same treatment Soon™️.

Mining nodes are just not showing up.

Mining nodes are still trackable but when you find them, they're either invisible or buried under the geometry.

Decided to redo my Xaku builds in preparation for the Prime version to drop. All these builds assume you're using three Tauforged Crimson Shards set to Ability Strength and two Amber Shards set to Cast Speed. These builds are going to involve a Forma because it's the only way I can managed to fill all five (yes, five) of them into a single Warframe. If you don't want to use the Health Tank builds, than you can drop the Umbral and top-left V polarity. Honestly, I wouldn't do a Healthtank build on Xaku unless you really, really don't like the idea of sheildgating on a fundamental level.

This is your bread and butter build to take into any mission where you don't have a definitive end. Void Cascades, Circuit, any kind of endless mission where you're going to be able to stick around long enough to allow Molt Augmented to cap out. Once you do, your Gaze will be able to full strip mobs of defences. This build is perfect, so don't fuck with it.
xaku endurance build.png
This is for missions where there's a definitive end state. Exterminates, Captures, and even Netracells. Has enough strength to get to 82% on Gaze which, with CorPro, you'll be able to strip armor 100%. Only thing I would change would be Molt Efficiency to your favorite weapon arcane if 18 is enough time on Vast Untime.
xaku non endurance.png
Mostly used for finding Syndicate Medallions in missions but with enough strength that Grasp is able to kill up to level 50 Orokin enemies in a reasonable manner. The only thing I would consider replacing is Primed Flow, but you really shouldn't need much more than this for Syndicate missions and Open Word crates. First ability is replaced with Golden Instincts in order to a) detect statues

Alright, that's all the builds I would actually use. Let's get fucked stupid. Both of these builds will not be using Adaptation since, because of Xaku's dodge chance and ability to aggro relief, you likely won't be getting hit enough for it to build up to an appreciable amount.

If I had to suggest a health tank build, this is the one I would suggest. The Mecha Set is a lot more usable since the last of the Companion Rework dropped. The only thing to keep in mind is that you can get cucked out of your Mecha Pulse if a teammate kills the marked enemy. That said, if you're playing solo or Mecha Pulse gets updated so you don't get your buff stolen, I would say you could take this into Steel Path (with a proper animal companion) and do work. Just don't expect to get to level cap with this.
xaku mecha health tank.png
If you're using Synth Deconstruct, you can also use this build since you should get enough health orbs consistently to keep Health Conversion at max stacks.

Final build and mostly for healthtanking while not using any kind of Kubrow type companion. With this, you don't have to worry about 'missing out' on your Pulse armor boost. One of the bonuses of this build is flexability. Molt Augmeneted is fairly set in stone for full armor strip, but Energize can be replaced with Avenger for crit chance, Arcane Guardian/Tanker/Ultimatum* for more armor, or your usual weapon arcanes. If you're not using Arcane Guardian or Avenger, than feel free to replace the aura with whatever you want.
xaku health tank healing.png
However, if you plan on running a sentinel with Synth Deconstruct (Nautilus with Tazicor bring the best for health orb spawning), than I would suggest running a build with Health Conversion.

*Mercy kills work to trigger "On Finisher Arcanes", making Ultimatum the best if you're making sure to target them.

Last thing to add: if you're only going to Healthtank and never bother shieldgating, than I would replace the two Ambers on Cast Speed with two Azures set to Armor.

They gave out a free legendary core to each player to end off their charity event. I think you get one if you have logged into the game at any point in the last few weeks. Thanks cancer!

After rage quiting from a MR23 test run because I guess 100% doesn't actually mean 100%, I finished off a Lich and powered through a couple Sisters, so Heat Kohm and a Magnetic Galaxion and Arca Plasmor. Any advice on what next, other than a Nukor? I know the AOE rework kinda gimped the Brumma and Zarr and I know magnetic is the new hotness, but I don't know if that's the best for everything.

Right now, the big hotness is Incarnon weapons. Primsa Angstrum is currently available from Baro and its incarn is one of the strongest in the games. Honestly, most of the Incarns from Circuit are pretty good. Only ones that miss the mark are some of the melees and even those have some reason good ones with the Nami Solo a striking standout that didn't get it's due on release. If I would to make weekly suggestions on what I would pick, in order:
Week 1: Braton/Lato
Week 2: Angstrum/Boar
Week 3: Latron/Strun
Week 4: Lex/Ceramic Dagger/Magistar/Boltor
Week 5: Torid/Dual Ichors/Dual Toxocyst/Miter
Week 6: Nami Solo/Burston
Week 7: Hate/Despair
Week 8: Sybaris/Okina/Dera/Cestra/Sicarus
If I didn't mention an Incarn, it's not to much bad as not as remarkable

I grabbed the Prisma Angstrum and grabbed the Dera and Paris Incarnons when they were up, just finished assembling the Dera Vandal. I have the Lato Incarnon thing too, not sure if I want to grind out the Lato Vandal for it though. Is there much functional difference between using the lower tier version of the weapons, or is it better to hold out and try to grab the Prime/Vandal/Wraith versions?

Prime Lato is never going to happen. It's a Founders weapon and will remain so as DE made a contractual agreement. Those who have the weapon are the entire reason Warframe exists to this very day.
As for the Vandal, it's a bitch to grind out as it requires running Elite Sanctuary Onslaught until Wave 8 for a 2% chance. that's why it's almost 300p on warframe.market.
That said, the perk values from the Genesis Incarns change between variants so that they all effectively even out. For example, where Vandal gets +6% CC from Survivor's Edge, the normal gets +20% CC.
Also, bare in mind that having a Riven can also massively change what version you put the Incarn on. This isn't that big of an issue for Lato, but it can be huge for others.
With that in mind, if you do happen to get the Vandal later on, it's possible to have an Incarn removed from any given weapon and placed onto variant when you get it later. Those resources are gone, though.

Magnetic is great on a lot of stuff, but definitely not beams. Beam weapons work best with viral/heat (with heat or toxin progenitor) for max damage, however the glaxion does pretty well as a primer with cold due to the energy orb mod. Anything else that shoots fast is worth a mag progenitor so you can absolutely remove shields. I'm running mag/viral/heat on my tetra and hind and mag/blast on my flux rifle and all those builds are fun. I kept everything else that was kinda niche as either heat or rad and they all still work fine like my ogris or chakkurr.

I wish there was a concise list of the most effective element for every Kuva/Tenet weapon. I'm hesitant to even farm them because I don't want to roll the wrong element and have to roll the same weapon again.

I've been running blast with the magnetic on the Glaxion and that works pretty well so far. I thought that heat or toxin might work better on the AOE weapons that are still worth it, since heat/viral still seems to be solid most of the time.

Beam weapons get heat (or impact if you want to run internal bleeding/hemorrhage), almost everything else gets magnetic, and I'd say that most explosive weapons should be either toxin or heat.

Basically anything with an actual fire rate should have mag because it will absolutely decimate over guard. Beam weapons set up for viral/heat output a crazy amount of damage very quickly and usually enough to strip over guard faster than them being magnetic would. I run my ogris as heat and my tonkor/brahma as toxin for more utility. The only real outliers are stuff you use for specific content like I use a radiation chakkurr with harrow for eidolons or a cold glaxion for the energy orb mod and cold arcane.

The only problem with an actual list is that "best" depends on your use for the weapon. Like do you want a high damage nukor or the best primer nukor? My gas/cold glaxion does less damage than a viral heat, but running it with Frost means that I always have max cold stacks for the mod and full armor strip. Or I ran a toxin hind for a bit for the arcane. Basically if you like a kuva or tenet weapon you're gonna want to max out the progenitor bonus at some point anyway, so you can sorta lock in your builds/progenitor while doing that.
