Zariman came out after the new war, the drifter couldn't have escaped through the zariman because it wasn't even around at the time and even if it was it would have been under locktown until the tenno got there which didn't happen until after the new war.I would imagine the door in Teshin's Cave that leads to the main universe's Zariman's Dormizone probably showed up after the events of The Duviri Paradox; and the Drifter was able to leave the Zariman and make their way to the Origin System by commandeering a Parallax.
A game which has TWO kernel anticheats, spies on you 24/7 (even browser history lol) and is made by a company currently being sued for manipulating drop rates in another game isn't going to succeed in the west. I personally was interested in checking it out, but after learning how hostile it is towards the player I changed my mind.I am wondering with the death of Destiny 2 The First Descendent (TFD) can position itself as big competitor to Warframe. Really the only next thing TFD needs to do is "borrow" the system where everyone gets to choose what to get from cracking a relic in a group. Always loved that system.
I tried it and while it theoretically could be a competitor to Warframe in practice I really don't see that happening. As mentioned, it's a Nexon title so who knows if it'll still be around in a couple months on top of everything else shady known about the company. One of the things I really enjoy about Warframe is the freedom and variety of movement and outside of the Bunny character First Descendant almost entirely lacks that feeling of movement. Gunplay is nothing special and the game's monetization is so much worse than Warframe's on top of the drop rates being trash (and again, who knows if they're even accurate). Want to play Fashionframe and customize your character? Pull out that credit card, sucker. Want to earn more slots for characters/equipment via gameplay? You can earn enough inventory slots over time so you're not purging all the garbage every 4 minutes, but if you want more character slots then break out that credit card.A game which has TWO kernel anticheats, spies on you 24/7 (even browser history lol) and is made by a company currently being sued for manipulating drop rates in another game isn't going to succeed in the west. I feel like TFD is basically what Warframe could have been if they went down another path.the game's monetization is so much worse than Warframe's on top of the drop rates being trash
You can get like 5 Rivens a week, if you really wanted. Iron Wake's merchant lets you buy two Rivens per week. You can get two of them from Steel Path instead of Incarns. Then you have Duviri's Acrithis (for Clamps) and Teshin's Honors (for Essence) which each has a rotating stock that often includes Rivens. Not even a single Riven which has the same percentage.
I brought rivens up in this context to showcase how bullshit the drops are. The chance to get only the 28% drop 3 times is 0,6%. 10 times is 0,0002%. There's simply no way this is legit. But I will check those out, thanks. You can get like 5 Rivens a week, if you really wanted. Iron Wake's merchant lets you buy two Rivens per week. Your math is just wrong. Flat out. You're likely calculating in a way where probabilities are dependant of each other which they are not. If you run 10 times, there is a ~4% chance of not getting anything since each drop is mutually exclusive of each other.I brought rivens up in this context to showcase how bullshit the drops are. They have fucked up the official drop rates before, though, like the necramech parts. For along time, one of the parts you got from the iso vaults was just flat out wrong despite the official drop rates stating that all parts were equally as likely to drop. Market prices reflected this, where all parts but one would go for like 2 plat, whereas the rarer one would go for 30-35.Your math is just wrong. Flat out. Ditto, and the last thing you want latching onto any game are the Destiny PVP-niggers. Whiny fuckers, every single one of em.I want these devs to stay FAR away from pvp balancing.
Yes, DE has had issues with drop rates all the way back to Froma... but that has nothing to do with probability calculations. Yes, it's highly unlikely to get that many Ayana in a row, but it's also in line with many of the other drops in the game. They have fucked up the official drop rates before, though, like the necramech parts. God, don't remind me. My old clan had this member who was obsessed with PvP, so when they added the clan arenas back in U8 he immediately rushed their construction.Ditto, and the last thing you want latching onto any game are the Destiny PVP-niggers. Whiny fuckers, every single one of em.
I did the same with the Akjagara. It shredded everything but it somehow got more popular (can't remember why). It had max riven disposition but got lowered to 3, but I managed to sell 2 or 3 for a couple of 100s of plat.Since I don't really enjoy using the most overpowered things in games, about a year or two ago I went for a few off-meta weapons with high riven disposition. They did the job in Steel Path just fine and, due to high disposition and nobody giving a shit about them, rivens were strong and cheap, maybe 30-50 platinum.
One of those was the Torid; now that it's one of the most busted weapons due to Incarnon, the rivens now go for at least 700 platinum on the market, a thousand with good stats. Moral of the story -- stop using meta shit, or at least explore beyond it, and life will find a way to reward you.

The 30 riven capacity thoughFinally got enough to get to L1 but looking up the rewards its just a legendary core and some extra daily standing/rep. Thinking I am just going to wait until I can boost all the way up to 3.
The loadout slots make it more than worth it, IMO.Is my reasoning for not wanting to advance to Legendary 1 stupid? I dont want to lose my gold MR30 icon, the bronze one is a downgrade.

I don't know if they're lying, but in my experience Warframe's RNG is autistic. It took me 2 tries to get the rare part of a prime from relics last week and 10 to get the common one.Speaking of faking drop rates there's no fucking way the sorties' drop rate is accurate.
