Are you mostly using high status weapons with a high RoF that deal damage over time without Faction mods? Than use Roar.
If your using weapons that have minimal status, low RoF, against mobs with a Faction mod, or have no way to inflict bleeds? Than keep Xata.
Also, Roar doesn't completely fuck up your fashion like Xata does which is something a lot of people seem to care about.
You don't need Ophanim Eyes on Xaku since they already lay down massive AoE strip areas that instantly remove defences and your 4 also inflict a slow.
Eyes is more mobile and less cumbersome, and they made it so you can stop xaku from losing the armor on cast.

The fashion is because Xata has that weird infested thing.
As for the armor, keep in mind that you can hit a mob with Accuse before Gaze to make them an invulnerable aggro target that full strips armor within 30m of it.

Wisp Prime is in the oven, and managed to snag some Xaku bits, so I'm happy. Currently grinding to MR30 and doing SP. Not looking forward to SP defection when I get there.

90% of the annoying missions get better on SP because you have enemy density to your advantage.
Does anyone know off hand how much weaker xata's whisper is vs roar. Kinda want to try ophanim eyes on xaku but the roar is so good.
I've always treated Roar as a frame buff vs Xata's Whisper as a weapon buff.

>host railjack to get Quellor
>Shitter immediately starts an orphix mission the moment it ends
>Wait for it to load in
>Leave
Get what you deserve faggot
As someone who actually enjoys railjack, good on ya. To often am I matched with brainlets who think everything is about them, especially when you have a good ship that can actually handle void missions and are hosting, I ran l3 something void skirmishes with a group the other day because they had the decency to type something simple like, "hey we're farming for holokeys and you have a good ship. Want to join us?"

This is why I did 100% of RJ completely solo. Way too many retards making you lose an hour of rewards by triggering a Host Migration.

And that's why I still enjoy Railjack content.

This. Except the enjoyment bit. The NPC crew make it bearable and are less retarded than the average player.

Wisp Prime is pretty much my "go to" whenever I want to do any mission without thinking about it. Invisibility on her 2 and passively while in the air. Her 1 pretty much requires the augment unless you're doing Defence or camping a room in survival; honestly, it should just be baked into her kit. Her 3 is one of the most powerful abilities in the entire game as some of my builds can hit underflow on Circuit with them. Her 4 can be replaced by just about anything unless you plan on doing Heat Inherit.

It's only a weapon buff if you're not building for statuses that do DoT. It's really fucking good on something like the Felarx, even after the bug was fixed.

The Tenet Exec with Melee Affliction can rocket her 4 damage to a insane levels. And she can cast her 1 while moving which makes the augment unneeded and keeps energy use low in between objectives because you can just cast the speed well.

If you don't have Primary Deadhead on is it really a gun platform build?

I actually really like Harmony with Melee Affliction since it compresses all DoTs into a single damage instance. It's even better with the Galvanized melee mods to give more status damage and a constant combo count. That said, Sol Gate's biggest issue is that it's more clunky than anything else. Sure, it can do damage, but I don't feel it's worth the effort.

Like I said, it's my "I wanna do this mission with minimal thought" choice and not having to cycle between motes is part of that. The Shock mote giving me constant energy regen with Archon Stretch (which gets boosted with Nourish that I replace her 4 with) means I don't have to worry about energy, the Health mote means I don't have to worry about health, and the speeds lets me blast through missions. Not having to cycle between motes is half the reason I use the augment.

So what are Incarnons? More power creep reskins?
Add functionality to existing weapons so not a skin. Think of it like an under mounted grenade launcher from CoD that charges from headshots but the exact functionality changes depending on the weapon.

Sounds more worthy of a mod than a "new" weapon, but I guess DE has to keep the content treadmill rolling.

Can the crew actually pilot to destroy objectives?
Yes but I have never used one to pilot so don’t know how good they are. I run two gunners and an engineer. They pretty much always
manage to hold the fort while I zip off and do w/e.

Just give them beefy guns (you can assign them one of yours, they’ll always have it equipped but don’t keep it. And don’t run out of ammo).
