The archgun needs the shrooms to build and I only got one fergolyte when I composted a shroom, so definitely not worth composting them unless you're far enough.
The Arbucep only requires the secondary elemental shrooms (Violet's Bane, Ferrofungus, Gamma Berry, Spring Popper, Borica, and Reeking Puffball) and Dull Button (the basic shroom that clears any shroom buffs). The rest can be freely composted once their field guide entries are done.

There's really no point going past R3 with the mushroom guy, it would take some really awful luck to not get all Nokko parts through bounty by that point. And that's where you unlock the last worthwhile item in his shop - archgun arcane adapter.
I just used mushrooms I had and composted leftovers to buy what I lacked in order to craft Arbucep, ranking up further can wait for later.
I hear new round of warframe augments sucks ass though.

Brozime made a breakdown on archguns worth using, generally one of the better WF youtubers to watch for info

Dear god the Cortege got a massive glow-up because of arcanes. I ran a Crux + Flare build at first and 480% more damage is nothing to sneeze at (especially with the Cortege's alt-fire. That and a fully-stacked Flare will delete anything at point blank range), and switching to the meta Crux + Enervate (along with changing the heat to blast) is a potent alternative.

Man, the mainstream YouTubers historically got so much wrong about some of the leader played Warframe that it started a trend of people making extensive guides on how to not suck with Vauban for example. Brozime even said Koumei was trash because he only plays like 5 minutes missions.

Lucky you. I only have two mushrooms left to level and finally got the Nokko bp last night.

I was working on my Cortege before the arcane announcement and I 100% agree it blew up in damage. Viral/heat with merciless/flare does some work too. been really digging the access to multiplicative CO through seconday shiver (which pairs great with primary frostbite) and that most archguns are projectiles. All I need is Sabot Rounds and archguns will be solved for me.

Does Warframe still do that quirky karaoke bullshit where every once in a while there's a retarded song with actual vocals and captions? Because I hate that so fucking much. Last time I launched the game I got a shitty song in the login screen too, instead of the usual moody (and good) music. Exited immediately.

What I'm asking is should I even install the game if I hate Reddit?

People apparently refer to Cortege as "Bignis" (Big Ignis, understandable), but it was my first time hearing about it lol
I haven't used it much at all until the update, but heavy flamer isn't half bad indeed.
My guilty pleasure [Prisma] Dual Decurion is actually playable now, it has the cool factor and sounds amazing. And speaking of sound, Imperator Vandal is the closest you'll get to having handheld GAU-8 Avenger. While it's not really strong, you can make anything work in this game - stuff like this is great for when you're tired of all the boring meta shit.
And I've just claimed my Arbucep, firing swarms of heat-seeking missiles at the enemies is very satisfying.

And naturally, everything above is better with Energized Munitions Gauss.

Well, I find Brozime to be most tolerable of the bunch. These days he does at least 20 minutes of SP Kuva Fortress at the end of a build video to demonstrate it.
With Koumei, iirc the playstyle just didn't click with him, there's better options for murdering enemies and she takes a while to get going with all the gamba shit. Dunno how much that changed since release, I personally haven't touched her after leveling to 30 once.

Warframe Reddit been overtaken by trannies for years now, so...
These theme songs are rare, and music on login screen changes with every update. Current one is good. I assume you are referring to 1999 one, "Lamenting the Days" which was recorder in collaboration with the band Periphery. It's fine for a listen or two, but I got sick of hearing it both on login and the fucking mission you had to grind for hours.
Doesn't help that the singer is a "they/them" (hate when they're doing this shit).

Yes, unfortunately they still have cheesy songs with vocals so that they can showcase the "talent" of their latest nonbinary freak.

You don't like reddit, yet you act exactly like a redditor, curious.

Oh, and The New Peace Update is scheduled for December. Holy shit.

Newest devstream said that you can date both hex members and the trio members at the same time, the usual cabal of goonbrained porn addicts shows up to celebrate:

These people are so obsessed with being unfaithful whores they literally made it part of their identity.

Honestly, it sucks that they withheld the rest of Uriel's kit for Devstream 191, but his 1 looks amazing. The whole "minions who barely cooperate" mechanic looks fun.

Oh, where are my manners, here's the Devstream 190 highlights (World Premiere™):
  • Again, they only showed off Uriel's minions and his 1 this devstream, holding off the rest for November. Uniquely, his idles will have two animations to choose from whenever they trigger.
  • Showcasing the upcoming Descendia gamemode, a gauntlet of 21 missions that serves as the Drifter's half of The Old Peace after its respective quest is completed, progress is saved every seven floors, and it appears to be drawing stuff from across the game (Exterminates, a rematch with Kullervo). Meanwhile, the Operator's half of the story involves the civil war.
  • As Oilspill Battery mentioned above, you can date both a member of the Hex and the Triad at the same time due to time travel shenanigans. I'll wait and see if its worth dating Marie.
  • Speaking of the Triad, their Protoframe skins were shown off. Allard's back is a real mess considering he flagellates himself on top of the whole warframe transformation business, and Leroux apparently wears prosthetic legs (which I'm assuming was before she became a Protoframe). Roathe's customization is interesting because the "main" color channels control one half of his body, while the attachment channels control the other half (for reference, Equinox's halves are both managed by the main channels).
  • Our upcoming Prime frame is (as expected from teasers) Gyre Prime, along with Alternox Prime and Kestrel Prime. I have fond memories of the latter because I used its ragdoll on hit back in the day to cheese pre-rework Kela for Saryn's parts.
  • The Operator/Drifter face remasters were previewed and they look much better. Their gender is no longer tied to the faces you pick (though now it's body type nonsense because Canada). We're also getting Focus-themed facepaints, along with Roathe's armor for customization.
  • We got footage of one more Focus ultimate: Unairu. Your warframe swings a big-ass hammer to the ground, sending out a shockwave and periodically spawning orbs and universal ammo from the epicenter.
  • The Android port's closed beta period will open this November, while the Switch 2 port is expected to drop next year.
  • Proper wallrunning animations will have to wait until 2026 due to issues, so we're stuck with the hop for two more months.
  • Player titles for your profile, based on your in-game accomplishments.
Pretty sparse Devstream this time.

Do you get anything for doing the optional objectives in the New War? I absolutely hated the quest and skipped them.

That tracks with the archgun buffs since it means you don't need to subsume dispensary to have infinite arch ammo anymore and since the reworks unairu was already a pretty strong option.
I still find it funny that, to first demonstrate the Focus ultimates back during TennoCon, they used Naramon: the one focus tree that's been largely powercrept by Tennokai.

Heavy attack efficiency has been long gone from naramon hasn't it? I don't see much overlap and powerspike works pretty alright with tennokai too since it gives you more wiggle room.
