I'm not ultra big into rivens but outside of having a positive disposition (1 or above), it's also weapon dependent. Some weapons will benefit more out of condensing two element mods into one, for example. If you want generally good bang for your buck, don't go below 1.3 dispo.

High dispo, good weapon with incarnon. I don't see any reason not to roll for it.
There's also the small issue that half the overarching plot is stuck behind Operations.
We'll never get to see Dr. Tengus make an appearance because Rebecca can't goon to him, sad days ahead.
I'd personally keep rolling, you can do much better than that.

Do kuva survival or kuva disruption. Bonus points if they're the lich relic versions and you can kill two birds with one stone.
Mods. Take this man away and have him turned into energy for the Corpus ship reactor.
The best way to farm a lot Kuva is joining a group dedicated to doing Arbitrations for Vitus Essence. You can get an insane amount of Kuva, but you'll need to bring one of a few dedicated builds and want to wait for a good map to roll (thankfully, the entirety of Arbitations is known, so you can be ready ahead of time). Do it right, you can get upwards of 200k Kuva an hour. Hope you have a piss jug, by the way.
Not terrible. Negative Mag Cap is pretty meaningless since it doesn't reduce the incarn ammo. You can keep rolling, if you want, but critical damage with corrosive is pretty decent. As long as you remember mod order, you can throw heat after it for corrosive heat. That said, look for multishot, crit damage, and status chance is also good since you can get it crazy high. Avoid base damage and positive critical chance since there's plenty of ways to boost that up, but that's pretty much every Riven (and that's only for positive; on some weapons, getting lower crit chance is really good).

Not only are they bringing back the arcane shop, you will also be able to buy the Burning Hate mod which up until now was ultra expensive since it hasn't seen a Nightwave rerun.
You can buy kuva from Shadow Teshin and Paladino with Steel Path Essence and Riven Shards, respectively.
I'm unfamiliar with the Burning Hate mod and had to look it up but, alright, fair enough. Guess I'm going to be a Warframe fag again for a bit. Might give me a reason to use Hate lmfao
