I'm not sure if this question was ever proposed, but if it was please correct me:
In your opinion, who in the Warhammer 40K lore are the biggest lolcows?

For me, the list has quite a few members.
Just about all the traitor primarchs are cows (Fulgrim, Angron, and Magnus lead the pack).
The Emperor's Children.
Abaddon - Aside from the 13th Black Crusade, Abaddon's life has been a series of failures in trying to surpass Daddy Horus.
Kernax Voldorious is the biggest cow produced by the Alpha Legion.
The entire Dark Angels Legion (including Lion'El Johnson) except Cypher. The Siege of Vraks solidified that for me.
Visarch (got cucked by Gulliman).
Goge Vandir - he's the 40K version of Maximillian Robespierre. That isn't a compliment.
The Custodes during Horus Heresy - I mostly blame the Black Library writers for this as they turned The Emperor's bodyguards into chumps that can be duped by THE WORD BEARERS AS THEY WENT ON A PILGRIMAGE TO THE EYE OF TERROR.
Lord Commander Zuehlke - the first commander of the 88th Seige Army at Vraks. Throughout human history, there are military commanders that are more politician than fighter and are not worth their salt. This guy is one of them.
Jaq Draco - Anyone sexually aroused by a Genestealer is a certified lolcow.
Cato Sicarius - The avatar of Matt Ward's fetish.

I know there are more, but those are the ones who stand out to me.

Avatars of Khaine in general. They exist only to get wasted by other characters to show how badass they are.

He gets better. A lot better. He eventually stops seething at Gaunt and decides to take it all out on the forces of Chaos that blew his planet up. Needless to say he begins racking up a very large body count, not just personally but through incredibly effective command.

It also probably isn't helped by being such a large organization spread out over thousands of worlds where all sorts of outside influences could impact their independent ways of thinking.
 
They're both an improvement from the Ultramarine, especially the Salamander. Even has flames on his armor.

Ah yes, Elim Rawne. Actually one of my favorite characters because he's VERY antagonistic towards Gaunt and even after they bury the hatchet more or less, will never be a member of the Ibram Gaunt fan club -- but he will be a very effective Guard officer.
 
Never forget that he is a man of strong convictions. Thankfully they were expunged from his criminal record upon joining the Guard.

Never mind the lack of "moral character" in lefties. Without fail, every person I've met that pushes for leftist authoritarianism in hobby spaces, be it video games, table-top games, comics, or film and television, does not hesitate to steal from other members of their community, drive while impaired, or put their sexuality on display in places it is clearly unacceptable to do so.

The absolute worst part of all this is the narrative. The "far-right" values they're upset about amount to "people should pay their way" and being called the wrong gender. These people are also the invaders, not the grognards who have been doing their thing in these spaces for decades. Sure, every so often you find some loser like Leakycheese who's older than dirt, but these clowns are typically the nerds that were on the sidelines but now think they'll get the glory they feel they were denied by kissing up to the new kids instead of owning their age and telling the new kids "no".

No, I'm not going to throw this game even though you've lost every other time we've played and you're Trans. No, I'm not going to give you free stuff because you're black. No, I'm not going to tolerate you cheating the younger kids out of their stuff because you're asian. No, it's not okay for you to roll in during an event for kids while you're cross-dressing, and no, it isn't okay for you to make out with your "partner" while you're in the store. All these losers need to do to avoid politics in the hobby space is not bring it up, or just shut it down when someone else does. "Sorry, man, I'm not here to debate borders with you, roll the dice."

These same people know that I go out of my way to volunteer my time to work with a multi-racial group of kids and that the team of adults I coach with is also multi-racial.

Most "right" viewpoints are based on objective fact. In my experience, most right-side people that operate that way are just hyper-focused on facts and completely ignoring empathy and feelings when formulating their opinions.

And to be entirely fair, their not wrong. Say you and your friend are hanging out at some game shop, and while you're playing you're approached by two different men. One man says "What I earn, I should keep". The other says "I'm a woman!".

Which of those seems mentally ill to you?
