Hey guys, I noticed this very important piece of Phil lore is getting more difficult to find now with YT videos reading the post going missing and/or just being too difficult to find and the subreddit where it was posted to now going private (R/Kappa).

The story goes that Viscant (FGC oldschool tournament guy more famous now for challenging LowTierGod in a first to 10) challenged Phil to a cage fight because he was sick of Phil's shit talking. I believe the fight was over Marvel VS Capcom 1. Phil accepted the fight thinking Viscant wasn't serious but then it was told to him that Viscant was serious, was in training and had been in a few scraps. Panic-stricken, Phil IM's Viscant through AOL Messenger and tries to call it off and then had the idea that they should both enter the MMA cage and do DX crotch shots to the crowd as a goof. Viscant called the idea retarded and insisted on fighting Phil until a little later he just felt sorry for him and called it off. Viscant is such a sweet heart that he let Phil sleep on his couch during a tournament a few months after the incident.

This factoid needs to be preserved and easily searched via Google and shit.
