God Damn Zoomers are so fucking faggy
They very much are. Which is why they get their knickers in a twist over someone like UrbanSpook who touches on all the dark topics you can think of.

It's almost as if horror is also about the absolute evils of man, descending into the darkest depth and not just FNAF animatronic or whatever the fuck Welcome Home is aside from gay baiting and tranny Muppets with autism.

It's really highlighting to me that each generation seems to be more infantilized than the last.
In particular millennials are perpetual teenagers and zoomers are on track to be the most childish generation given how they respond to any remotely dark or sexual theme in any media they consume.

"But muh hecking valid triggers and trauma!"

Oh but you see, it's totally fine when they can indulge in their gross fetishes. Like FNAF and sexualizing a child murderer!

They'd fucking perish in the olden days when age ratings were the only indicators of media's content.

Tbf you are basing an entire demographic off a small portion of an online community.

so the Monument dude revealed that half of the stories in his mythos were a lie (undoubtedly so that he wouldn't have to expand on/explain them) and then the world exploded.

if the writer of something I enjoyed did that I doubt I'd ever bother with their works ever again.

He mentioned it during one of the live streams, he's still working on it.
More like he has an interview slated with one of the investigators of the case and she needs to clear what she can say with the current FBI before doing it, so Wendi is waiting until he can do that interview to publish.
Unless that was a feverdream.

I hate how society's changing to hide certain aspects of reality, as if pretending they don't exist makes them go away.
Apparently I'm weird for my generation because I want to gain greater understanding of the horrors, manmade or otherwise, that surround me. Apparently it is not a universal understanding that the safety and prosperity in first world countries of the 21st century is in fact an irregularity.

At least if it all comes tumbling down I will say "took long enough, bitch" instead of becoming comatose after being confronted with a reality unimagined.

You might want to look into Nietzsche.

Did anyone else think that this monument episode seems a whole lot less structured than Wendigoon's other videos? He didn't get to the point like he usually does, he waffled on a fair bit.
He watched all these epsidoes just like a week ago, so he probably really rushed the video out.

I wouldn't know how unstructured the video is though, I couldn't stand the livestream and skipped out so I skipped the video too. Monument Mythos is cringe and gay.

These long-form video alternate reality things just don't appeal to me. There's a lot of post-production and editing down in the audience's head.

So my preferred method of consuming them is having a personable nerd explain them like we're sharing a three-hour ride to the convention. Like, that's fun to hear about because he thinks it's cool, but I'm still not buying a WH40K army.
