This is very horror movie coded. It's got all the tropes and in a way feels like the author is describing the film he wants to make. Parts of it are far too cliché even for modern Hollywood slop though.

I see no one's mentioned his other uploads yet so for posterity's sake here they are. Yet another deep-dive into a literal who Youtube horror series

Alright, I am actually kinda MATI 10 minutes in. In Nexpo's video he actually did something smart, when comparing the series to Uzumaki he stuck to spoiling just the first chapter and encouraged people to read it after giving them a short and sweet breakdown of that chapter (which admittedly got me interested and added it to the backlog). Wendi on the other hand, just blandly summarizes the first chapter in like a few sentences, promos his video on Uzumaki (while half joking about giving him more money) instead of promoting the manga itself, and then straight up spoils the ending of the manga with no warning. Comparing the two, Wendi's version just leaves a bad taste in my mouth with that section, and I dread the rest of the video. Also I hate when he reads slowly in more serious videos. In creepcast it isn't bad because Hunter breaks it up with their banter, but when there is nothing to interrupt him, the extra fry he adds to his voice drives me nuts after a while.

Yeah idk I tapped out at about the 1:45:00 (actually 1:38:42, just checked) mark on the Oakburn Opus video. Not even just Wendigoon's presentation either, the story itself doesn't seem that great. It's got every zoomer horror problem, where everything has to devolve into a ridiculously complex systematized mess and it just keeps getting higher and higher concept without the execution to match until god-like beings are yapping in jargon about shit you do not care about at all and you haven't heard anything scary happen in longer than it would take to just go find something else to watch.

Like nigga, spooky six-armed skull man killing people is scary. Town disappearing because of a dude with a flute is scary, kinda. Whatever the fuck Part 3 and beyond of this series was supposed to be isn't scary, it's just OC autism with a horror veneer over it.

I had a dream the other day about creepcast. Wendigoon wasn't there because he was taking care of his newborn kid, so Hunter instead got Peter Dingledge to co-host the show.
It didn't make it past the first episode cause Hunter kept making short jokes in every sentence.

The fact that Wendigoon's baby is maybe two weeks old and is already getting cyberbullied by Hunter amuses me to no end. I know Internet Frens is a bad idea, but I think Hunter and Isaiah are actually pretty good friends by now.

Funny how he made fun of ICE as just a bunch of drooling rednecks but didn't at all make fun of the screeching karens blowing their whistles and acting like adult toddlers, or calling black officers race-traitors. Meatcanyon has always been a faggot.
