I've only watched the Tommy Taffy episode once but I think they mentioned a movie being in production. I've definitely heard about it somewhere and I can't imagine it being somewhere other than a Creepcast episode. I even specifically remember Crispin Glover coming up and I have no idea who that is because I don't watch movies
Crispin Glover as Tommy Taffy might actually make that movie watchable.
He was great in the Willard remake.
And he's a great dancer and definitely not a lame fuck.

If anyone is interested the game Wendi and a bunch of other youtubers invested in had a closed beta recently.
He mentioned during his Ready or Not video he threw a lot of money at this project and is apparently working as a dev/writer on it. From what I seen it's meh, but the fact that TACTICS is the hot buzz words in videos about this game, my money is on it is going to crash and burn once it comes out. You can have tactics when you have a small tight group of milsim guys playing. But once it is out to general audiences you are going to get a toxic community as dozens retards need to work together and you have clashes between the milsim tryhards and normies wanting to play the most recent shooter.

Dungeon Chill is pretty good for older or obscure Japanese games.

Great channel even if he is a gigantic fucking weeb, it works because without him translating some of these games himself to cover them, nobody would ever find out about them. Wish there were similar channels for obscure games from other countries.

Even if these games try to separate the players, the ones trying to play along take it too far and start expecting you treat them like actual fucking soldiers and shit. Sorry broski, I'm not calling you "lieutenant" and putting in a leave of absence so I play a different game for the first time in 2 months.
I want her to fucking kill me
By fucking them senseless. "Death by Snu Snu". It's hardly repressing your heterosexual urges when you want your dick ridden until you die.
I would have an aneurism listening to him butcher MGS lore.
He'd get to the AI stuff and shut the whole thing down because he wouldn't be able to tell going forward if anything happening in the games was intentional or not.

That's his point, they don't want to be killed by being fucked to death but rather they'll want them to actually murder them, like two to the back of the head and ruled a suicide. The safe horny posts is them trying to express their heterosexuality but in such a way that makes it look cringe so they don't commit the greatest crime of the modern time. Being a male with normal male sexual desires.

I was gonna listen to Snack Bar, and Wendi mentioned he grew up on a golf course and his neighbor was Kenny Chesney's dad. Everyone I ever knew who grew up on or near golf courses were yuppies. That's my bullying for the day.

Or maybe the joke is just HAHA SEEEEEEEX!

Imagine being a chemist in the 60s, that had border on feeling like playing God. I recently learned that you basically just can't do fluorine chemistry in the US anymore because they introduced new regulations that none of the previously existing fluorine labs could afford to comply with. You basically have to go to Germany if you want to work with it now because the last one that had a waiver just shut down when it expired and they couldn't afford the millions of dollars in new equipment that continuing to operate would require
I highly recommend the book The Poisoners Handbook because it’s a great history of both toxicology and chemistry, focused mostly on Prohibition era New York.
Bro, people did not give a fuck about what weird chemicals they were using back then. Thallium as a pesticide, radium water, leaded gasoline, you name it they used it and nobody gave a shit until too many people died.

I'll definitely give it a look, sounds like exactly my kind of thing

I liked the first story, bullied kid disappears, a puppet appears where his blood-and-shit-stained clothing was found that only shows itself to the narrator, other people see evidence of the puppet scattered around but try to say it's not real. Narrator has some guilt over the other kid's disappearance but no crywank or anything. Haven't gotten to the second one yet

Edit: Second story is by a different author, eapatbp. The sugar daddy asking for weird favors, every month there's a parade, and the man who follows me around narrates my life. Called If You Meet Me, Please Kill Me

E2: Second story was eh, but only like 12 minutes long. Basically a fleshgait story where a girl starts dating a guy and the guy becomes her and messes with the memories of everyone around them. I guess it could be a trans allegory where a girl dates a guy who then starts skinwalking as her and turns her friends against her when she breaks up with him

He shouldn't, the games he covered that I did play he constantly gets little details wrong or gets lost in the weeds with dumb fan theory. I would have an aneurism listening to him butcher MGS lore.
He gets stuff wrong a lot more often than people realise. My go to example was his first video on the Monument Mythos where he was pushing that there were two timelines in-universe based on a community meme (MM timeline=Deanverse, our timeline=Nixonverse) and took it literally because Casanas was adding too much shit. It prompted Casanas to call Wendi out on Discord and end the original run early. Context: A big event that is disconnected from everything else is the 2003 infection, which Wendi thought was its own thing separate from monsters hiding inside monuments and history.

Another detail he got wrong in the same video but got less attention was that there's a character called Doctor Disturbing (imagine a schizotuber) which he believed to be the son of a named character, even though one entry of the MM indicates that it is the named character (Nathaniel Arnoldson) through the fact that his daughter continues his work. Context: the schizotuber makes videos sharing hidden history of the Rockefellers, dies (the character is based on Casanas' real dad who passed away) and another POV character who makes Windows Moviemaker vlogs continues the schizo videos stating that she is continuing her father's work.

When he gets an idea in his head he really can't get rid of it, even if nothing actually backs it he will try to shove that square peg in a round hole. Like during the tales from the gas station episode he thought the ex-cultist was a product protagonist's imagination because of a gag involving people not knowing the cultist by the protagonist's nickname for him, so he was trying to figure out what was "actually happening" when the cultist was around even though he was a real guy.

I'm on a ready or not kick (partly why I keep beinging it up). I tried watching his lore video a little while ago but gave up an hour in. He referred to the shot civilian in front of the gas station as dead even though in the video you can see him moving and the incapacitated icon appears, also in the game they refer to him as wounded so off the bat a lazy and dumb mistake. But the thing that stood out to me, he refers to the night club in the game as a gay night club. While it is inspired by real events, there isn't anything that points to it being anything other than a normal night club in the game. I tapped out when he gets weirdly choked up about a dead NPC lady by a wall, talking about how she is singled out and talks about all the details about her, then walks down the hall and you can see the same dead NPC asset reused which completly nullified his whole little thing about attention to detail because she isn't special, just set dressing sprinkled thoughout the level. That bit was just too retarded for me.

I do wonder how much of MC going off the deep-end was Alex trying to appease Wendigoon's fanfictions and then getting lost in the sauce.

Fellas, I was searching IMDB for summer releases to take the kids to and I came across this:

Crispin Glover as Tommy Taffy. I have no words. Am I ⏰ here? Is this something everyone else knew but me? Because holy shit.
I knew this for a while, but I deadass have no idea how they’ll do it but I hope they don’t fuck it up.
The book is the right thing to adapt. It follows one guy and everything gets resolved in the end, it’s less brutal than the stories, and there’s a certain part (the machines at the edge of the universe) that I really really really hope gets some awesome visuals.
It could be really good, but it could also be dog shit so we’ll just have to wait and see.
My absolute pipe dream is an animated adaptation of The Black Farm, but that is literally never going to happen.
