This shit is gonna be so ass. It’s bad enough that it looks bland as hell.

Never understood why in the netflix special of rocko modern life they made ralph bighead a troon and it kinda comes outta nowhere like the running theme in the movie is "accept change" and i get it but like did they really have to make him trans?

Why not show other examples of change?
This is why pre movie spongebob is forever on top.

Wasn't Ralph a depressed cartoonist?
One of the special's writers may have used him for self insert purposes like it happens a lot in modern western animation.

I stand by what I said about that special when it was new. It hyped everyone up,it should have been about rocko and his friends trying to find a way back to the 90s (tge show was grounded in reality yes but a concept like that wasn't too out of reach since it was the same show heffers brain got sucked out by a tv)

And ultimately under everything it tried to preach it's main message from Joe
MUR-RAY to the fans is this. "It's not 1995 anymore and it never will be 1995 ever again. The year has come and gone and me or anyone who used to work on those shows you loved so much when you were literal rugrats making a reboot or even if we don't return for a reboot will not magically set everything back to 1995. So get over it and move on."

I was genuinely shocked that Johnen Vasquez was more than willing to play ball for new Zim (with *some* caveats).
It was a complete reversal of what I was expecting.

My time machine localized entirely within my kitchen says otherwise.

BRB gonna enact TTD in 1995.
