In my experience working in a technical field, Millennials generally don’t seem to have any skills or motivation at all. Unlike the similar Gen Z, which are still mostly children, Millennials are up to their 40s in some cases.

As far as I can tell, millennials are just pioneers in “eating ass.” Nobody devotes time to rimming like millennials.

What else are they good at?

Now that you mention it... I've kinda noticed this trend with some of my friends as well... I honestly don't get it, I tried to get them to explain it to me but they just couldn't, for them it was just a thing they did. I was horrified, shocked and still to this day very confused.

I think people forget that the youngest Millennial is 25, and the oldest is 40. Zoomers are phone taught and raised, so handing them a laptop will result in multiple basic IT questions. None of our generations are great by any means but holy fuck are zoomers retarded.

So if millennials are supposedly tech illiterate, then who are the ones running tech? 60 year olds?

On the whole Millennials are probably the most tech-literate of any generation because they're young enough to have grown up alongside emerging internet technology but old enough not to be trained into learned helplessness by mobile technology and algorithms.

Don't be mad just because younger guys are able to have both functional computers and functional dicks.

My father knew basic carpentry, masonry, woodworking, hunting, fishing, home repairs, car maintenance, etc while still holding a professional degree and career.

He was a rageaholic asshole who encouraged college and white collar careers. But his awful personality prevented him from passing down any of his impressive armamentarium of practical skills to his children, leaving an evolutionary dead-end to these acquired skills.

There's an argument to be made why I'm not self-taught. But my nature and my strengths don't lend themselves to these practical skills without being dragged into them.

One day in middle-age you wake up and realize that you have no skills beyond the specialized career you've been trained to do your whole adult life.

While all the women around you lament that no one "can fix anything anymore" except the few remaining old men who are more feeble everyday.

I have some doubts we are good at judging any generation. Most of us don't meet enough people to really be able to judge. If the young people in your organisation are retarded, maybe your organisation isn't as good at attracting talent as it was in the past.

I mainly judge zoomers by the handful that I know through family and other relations but how much of a sample is that, really?

If you mostly know milennials that are really into eating ass, what does that say about you?
