They would still be in the stone age, living in huts, hunting and gathering. No real agriculture. No infrastructure. Worshipping multiple mythological animals. Wearing beads and feathers. Deforming their heads by strapping their babies to wooden boards. Most advanced form of transportation is a hollowed out log. Still haven't developed the wheel, writing, or units of trade. No domesticated animals. Fighting countless brutal bloody conflicts amongst themselves with stone axes and spears. The Aztec nations would grow beyond its borders into the American Southwest, genociding every tribe they came across. The plains Indians would hunt the bison to extinction via their brilliant maneuver of stampeding hundreds of them off of cliffs. The smaller isolated tribes would develop birth defects from multigenerational inbreeding.
