What attracts pajeets to running mall kiosks?

I went to the mall and I couldn't help but notice the actual stores were filled with white workers but the tiny shitty kiosks were all pajeet ran. I counted 13 kiosks and all but one was a poo. The only one that wasn't was some depressed 20 something year old white lady selling fake nails.

One 'jeet was shilling presumably fake jewlery and another was nothing but iphone cases. Did they turn all the mexicans that used to run the stalls into curry?

I work with a lot of Indian business owners (mom/pop small brick and mortar places) and I’ve got a few ideas. I’d say one is autonomy; they aren’t strictly managed regarding what they are doing. Talking on the phone to distant family and friends while clocking hours at a job or business they own is a lot more time then I think Americans talk to their family probably even living in the same house,

Another is money. They might bank say $25/$30 hour with a job that required a somewhat substantial buy in (if they are owners), and if their family had some money to help them start out this isn’t awful. Now I don’t think most Americans would bother with a job making $25/hr if it required $300,000 in investment (be it inventory or whatever); but Indians with tighter knit family and social structures can probably manage and make that more attractive.

[crazy tired so I’m not proofreading or rewriting that at the moment]

As I understand it, Jeet #1 starts a business with lots of franchises, using small business loans that are extremely lenient and generous due to being for "racial minorities," then can import Jeets 2-gazillion by abusing the H1B system.
I believe the visa abuse here is actually EB-5 rather than H-1B.

Step 1: Some jeet manages to get into America and own his own gas station, and eventually gets his green card
Step 2: Jeet 1 closes the business (on paper) and then sells everything to Jeet 2, who becomes an "investor" in a "new" business with an EB-5 visa.
Step 3: Jeet 2 gets his green card, closes the business, rinse and repeat.
