What happened to dsc.cool/tracr.co and alternatives?

A while back there were these websites dedicated to scraping discord and publishing ids of people and the servers they are in - you could search names and it would give out all possible active names with id's. It was a very invaluable service to tracking people on discord when you don't have their ids.

What happened to them? I heard there was some legal trouble and going on these sites gives a bad gateway error, any of y'all found any alternative to it because it's quite invaluable to tracking down discord mini-lolcows
