It's not but I have a general rule of not believing anything the media tells me about North Korea. I know there's bad stuff. I know there's ridiculous stuff. I also have basic knowledge and fact checking skills to know stuff that is said about it makes no sense.

Some big fake tittie escaped North Korean lady explaining that outside the free health care clinic people have to catch rats that eat the piles of dead bodies outside sounds a bit odd to me. No food. Free health care. Or that things are so dire they won't even spend the money to shoot you with a bullet, so they use anti-air artillery. That makes no sense.
