I don't know about guys, but I read something horrifying the other day in a medical magazine about women, apparently if you don't have sex (or at least get yourself off) after a while a woman's clitoris will atrophy and disappear.

(To be fair though this was aimed at older women but still, that's pretty horrifying to think your clit can just wither up and die from disuse. And apparently there is treatment for it but if you wait too long then even that won't bring it back).
