What is "Gaslighting" and "Breadcrumbing"?

Every woman under 25 I have met has talked about people "gaslighting" and "breadcrumbing" them.

is this the new "almost raped" or is it some new tactic men are using to oppress women? I don't understand these terms at all...the definitions of them seem to constantly change and never actually line up with and describe the reported offense...it seems like a catch all for something they just don't like :[ why is every woman "abused" now

gaslighting: rewriting history to frame events in a light that benefits you and not them, and making them feel like an asshole for doubting it.
breadcrumbing: leading someone on with the promise of 'eventual' affection, but in the meantime using them for your own purposes as you see fit.

Both men and women do this all the fucking time in the dating game because not a single one of us ever actually graduated out of the schoolyard. But when the men do it, all of a sudden it becomes some despicable sociopathic pseudo-crime.

Gaslighting is a real dick maneuver. You're manipulating a person by lying so well that you make them doubt what they know to be true. It can really fuck someone up mentally if done maliciously.

Breadcrumbs sounds like women are being used for attention like they've done to men for years (We commonly call them teases. They send signals like you have a chance because they like the attention, but have no intention of ever actually dating you.), and now that the roles are reversing, it's "emotional abuse".
