Are you socially retarded for doing the right thing where most will do the wrong thing? Or is the opposite true and it is socially apt to appeal to the majority even if they're idiots or bad people?
For example, if you're a pain to retail staff you likely will get a discount or coupon by complaining to the manager.
There's a subset of women who will sperg out at the homeless because they feel it's unsafe if they get too close, some of these will be your co-workers. So is it socially apt to ruin a homeless person's day to make your co-workers feel "safer"?
