Well, but at which point does a rock seize to be strictly on earth? Assuming "on earth" would refer to being in earths atmosphere there is a limit of size of rock that can be fully on earth.
So putting a i.g. moon sized rock onto earth wouldn't make it be fully on earth. Now give me my puzzle piece!
