It can be anything, it doesn't even have to be in english.
For me it would have to be Riposte, which is a quick or clever reply to an insult or criticism.

I've always liked the words "flustered" and "lackadaisical".

Buffalo, because the following is valid sentence:

Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

How many Buffalo buffalo could buffalo Buffalo if Buffalo buffalo could buffalo Buffalo?

Antidisestablishmentarianism.

Tingum

Like, bey, you got dat wibe? Dat tingum?

Thats how Bahamians speak.

Probably opsonophagocytic. Opsonization is where an antibody binds to an antigen. Opsonophagocytosis is where white blood cells bind to opsonized pathogens and destroy them by "eating" them. Opsonophagocytic is an adjective meaning pertaining to opsonophagocytosis.

Also a counter attack in sword fighting.

I've always liked "callipygian" which means "DAT ASS".

I always liked the word "pareidolia", just because it makes me =).

(get it? because pareidolias make it possible to see faces when there's only a few lines in a certain... okay, I'll go now...)

Effluent - I like the sound of it
Macgyver - I like it used as a verb
My favourite however has to be backpfeifengesicht. This German word is, literally, a face that cries for a fist in it. it means one who would benefit from a fist to the face.

We all know a backpfeifengesicht or two in our lives I think.

Paramecium. I think it's way fun to read and say. They're interesting to watch under the microscope, too.

Chuunibyou - Japanese for "Middle Schooler Syndrome".

It's hard to describe but the Japanese use it to describe posers, hipsters and people who are delusional and possibly think they have powers. I could loosely describe it as someone who never grew out of their make-believe phase past the acceptable age. It's kind of like how Jace has that delusion that he's a Marine, how Pixy has the delusion that she's the sexiest woman alive and not even Hal could resist her or how Chris thinks he has powers. I found the word interesting because I think it's one that desperately needs an English equivalent; something that lolcow doesn't quite describe.

"Phantasmagoria" is a favourite of mine. I also like the French version "fantasmagorie".
