for me it's Tanya the Evil. It's a tranime in the most literal sense, about a Japanese wageslave reincarnating into a WWI German 9 YEAR OLD GIRL named Tanya Degurechaff (An example of nonsensical clanging of syllables that Japs think constitute European language). It's literally designed to re-pipeline based Nazis to abandon their tribalism, and become transgender transracial pedophiles. It's one of the many examples of the Japs wanting to be white, specifically white prepubescent girls. I would say Ranma 1/2 as I would make the case that it was patient zero when it comes to the gender bender trope in anime and western animation.

Premise is martial arts boy falls into pond, is cursed to transform into girl when splashed with water. Majority of series is spent in girl form and getting into shenanigans.

It is an old series and the one i think is considered one of those foundational old anime that led to gender bender stuff cropping up repeatedly

It being old anime also likely means it served as foundation for western animation weebs becoming animators. As such children’s cartoons for some reason needed to end up with a gender bender episode where the boy becomes a girl.

Never seen the anime but by reputation and greater effect on tranime as a whole, i think it is the most tranime.
