What is the weirdest/creepiest thing you've seen while you had sleep paralysis?

The other day I saw 2 different grey aliens standing right next to me in very clear detail. One was a little taller and they had slightly different skin tones with one being a little greener.

I wouldn't call him creepy or scary, but there's this tall shadow man that stands at the foot of my bed to watch me when I get sleep paralysis. I've honestly taken to thinking of him like a guardian through it while I'm trying to force myself out of it. He scared me at first, yeah, but now him and I are pretty chill with each other. At least I'd like to think we're chill with each other.

The only sleep paralysis demon i remember resembled a werewolf. I remember it pacing around my room, staring at me, before lunging. After that i remember waking up hyperventilating.

A clone of myself.

I never get sleep paralysis visuals and it's pretty minor each time. I wake up, realized I'm paralyzed, mostly focus on the discomfort of not controlling my own breathing until I'm awake enough to actually control my own breathing, and then fall asleep again.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I trained myself to lucid dream about 20 years ago so successfully that I've lucid dreamed virtually every night for decades. Every night I start having a random dream, then realize I'm dreaming, then just enjoy it until my alarm clock goes off. If it's a bad dream I use my imagination powers to just pop the heads of the bad guys or even "turn back time" in the dream to prevent the unhappy thing from happening.

Actually, hmu if you want advice on lucid dreaming. It might help some of yall.
