Okay, here are some Twitter subgroups I can think of:

• Fandom Twitter

• Fat Acceptance Twitter
• Asian Twitter
• Meme Twitter

These are only a few I can think of, obviously there is a lot of overlap. The worst subgroup of Twitter to me is the political sperg Twitter, followed by a tie between troon and genderspecial Twitter.

Twitter epitomizes pretty much all of the worst parts of the internet by design, with its strict character limit leading to nothing but pithy comments and retorts, along with its structure being just so open to everyone, so that anyone can just drop by and fling a turd. It has a lot of the same problems Reddit has, but perplexingly manages to be even worse. Compound that with their politically loaded selective enforcement of the rules, and it's no wonder Twitter's a vile shitshow.

There's also something to be said about how it started in 2006, and just blew up overnight, getting countless celebrities and politicians on board. Hell, even Facebook had a more natural growth than Twitter.

But if I had to pick just one, I'd definitely have to go with Troon Twitter, because they're the ones to rally one another to report wrongthink en masse and try to shutdown anyone their hive mind doesn't like.

I don’t know who would be the most annoying, but the worst from a moral standpoint for me has to be the MAP/NOMAP (read: pedo) twitters. That’s just something I draw the line at. Gay, lesbian, trans, whatever. I don’t much care. Just don’t fuck around with kids.
Animals too, the zoophilia crowd is one that profoundly disturbs me. But, not as much as pedos.

The reason why I think political sperg Twitter is the worst is because it’s all encompassing and impossible to ignore. Not everyone needs to hear a political hot take ad nauseum. Also, many people on Twitter copy each other to get more likes and deviance from what is accepted is not tolerated. On top of this, the political spergs will absolutely destroy your livelihood if they can for any instance of wrongthink. It is a cesspool.

Political Twitter has to be the worst part. Just existing on Twitter is a political statement at this point. You can't even breath on there without someone screech about how your political opinion is wrong when all you wanted was some of that good O2.

If I were to say a second for me would be the minor Voice Actor communities. They seem pretty tight knit and in interviews with GamerTronShow appear and sound more like humans. Their twitter feed, though, is full of pornographic stuff and almost is like an actual porn star advertisements with a few even openly doing Lolicon on their twitter feeds.

To give an answer, Political, Black, and Troon Twitter are all on an equal level of bad.

Political Twitter because people believe that "tweeting" about your political beliefs has worth it.

Black Twitter because niggas take things too seriously sometimes and it's practically a monolithic community. A hive mind and a circlejerk of black people constantly complaining about the slightest thing that whitey has done that week. I also hate that they are not culturally inclined in African roots unless some kind of thing like Black Panther comes out where they then for some reason start saying "I'mma finna be wearing my ethnic clothing to see the film; #AfricanRoots" when you know they're just bullshitting for clout. Like, if you're going to actually be into finding out where the hell you come from, don't fucking flaunt that shit off just because "lol African film".

And Troon Twitter or just LGBTQ+ Twitter in general (not really gays or bisexuals though) because the majority of these people are really entitled and think that putting pronouns in their profile actually represents something of worth and any sort of criticism you throw at them makes the mob mentality come back on you.
