Start with all of society accepting that women and men are not equal. We're different, not in a superior/inferior way, but absolutely fundamentally different in how we approach everything in life.

Then you can sort out everything from group dynamics to communication to relationships, tacitly using that acknowledged difference to smooth over any rough spots.

Base judgements about someone on the content of their character, not whether they're male or female. Talk like normal people, be empathetic and considerate when necessary, and work together to achieve goals. If someone decides they want to be hostile, shitty, and rude because you're male/female then they're not worth trying to talk to either way.

I feel like there's some early life education that a majority of people didn't get, causing a rift in virtually every immutable characteristic a person could have.

If the Internet, media & real life is anything to go by, it'll probably be for the best if we moved to separate planets and just had nothing further to do with each other as soon as the opportunity arises. Both genders resents and hates the other and isn't able to tolerate each other's company for any extended period of time. Probably the best option for the future is to build a colony on Mars, another on Venus, and men can live on the former, women on the latter and Earth is turned into a nature sanctuary.
