What kind of food do you like?

Chinese, Italian, and Polish. I've never had Ukrainian or Russian food (except for paska bread), but my mom's family is Polish-Slovak, and most Slavic food is fairly similiar. (If you've never had pierogies, then your life is not complete)

Indian. I make chicken vindaloo and naan on a weekly basis. My local Indian place has some awesome fucking beer called Taj Mahal that I wish I could find in stores.

And Chinese. Dumplings and lo mein :heart-full:

Schnitzel. Oh and currywurst. Apparently that stuff's not meant to be eaten cold but the supermarkets in Germany sell it cold and ready to eat. We don't get it here in the UK unfortunately.

I'm open to most things. Most red meats, fruits, vegetables, eggs, dairy, and seafood. Chicken and duck are good too.
As for international cuisine? I like most things, but Arabic, Asian, European and American stand out to me the most.
I also love spicy food.

I prefer things with a lot of usage of onions, garlic and peppers, that is basically nature's spice rack and those things make just about anything delicious if used properly. I like meat more than anything in the world though, so if I could only live on one thing for the rest of my life, it'd be steak or chicken. A good 80% of my caloric intake is purely meat and crunchy green stuff like broccoli and asparagus, not because I'm trying to ride the low carb wave, I just seriously love that stuff, it just feels 'right' to eat it, I feel borderline sick if I eat too much sugary crap.
