What sort of impressions do you get from certain fandoms?

Like without even thinking too much about it, what feelings do you get when you think of ___ fandom?
Here's my unnecessary opinion of some:
Undertale: They're... fine, for the most part. They attract a lot of alphabet people and "retro" enthusiasts what with a whole lot of music makers and pixel artists around the 'Net. Not too unhinged but not really all that good either. Still better than what they were back in 2016, god they were so fucking unfunny.

FNaF: They really don't deserve Scott after dragging him through the mud for supporting his Political party, but other than that, I see the fandom as filled with children and some interesting 3D animators here and there. I can forgive some dumbassery that this fandom has had mainly due to children and fetuses not knowing that people can have differing opinions to them on the Internet. But for the people who are over 20 and getting into shitfits over a robot game, yeah they need to touch grass. The theorist side I really don't have any opinion of unless they're really smug about about it, which I haven't seen of since I don't browse reddit so they're whatever.

Friday Night Funkin: Absolute :lunacy: fandom, they should all be detained and gassed over how retarded they all are and how much drama shit they get into. Undoubtedly unhinged.

Omori: Almost the same as above, getting overly attached and cranking it to virtual children just because you have 'muh depresshun' is not a cope, GO OUTSIDE!

The Binding of Isaac: Honestly one of the few fandoms where I don't get much of a negative impression from it. It's all kinda filled with silly memeposts about a rougelike game of a crying child killing poop monsters. Idk if it has anything to do with cultivating a gambling, stockholm syndrome addiction for players but some of the memes people make gives me serotonin.
Not to say they don't have gayass drama from time to time, but this is one of the few fandoms where I've got the least negative impression from.

Kiwi Farmers: Weird niggers who obsess over people and trannies across the internet when they could be doing something more productive with their lives.

So what's your krispy, spicy hot take on some fandoms?

Ghetto Smosh fandom; top tier, makes similar videos to Ghetto Smosh in awe then abandons the channels. All around great community, got welcomed with "nigger" and threatened doxxed for being part Italian

I get the same impression from most fandoms to be honest: something must be wrong with them in some way.

I don't just mean weeb shit, same with people who support a sport team or a celebrity or whatever.

In my own opinion, it's retarded to get so much involved into a person, a sport or a franchise.

Then again, it does not mean that I think people who are heavily involved in fandoms are all retarded. But I can't shake the fact that something must be wrong with them. It's just too disconnected from my own views on things.

Obviously, some fandoms, I have a more negative opinion on. These are the ones that comes to my mind first:
  • MLP
  • Sonic
  • Furries
  • Vtubers
As to why these specifically, I think that degeneracy applies to all.

Oneyplays fans have this weird tendency to just drop into random threads to spread in-jokes like it’s a dog whistle.

Kiwi Farms users accuse other people of a-logging while a-logging.

Circlejerk subreddits reuse jokes while complaining that they reuse jokes. (They are unoriginal)

Bluey fans are this decade’s version of Bronies, and they seem to have the same talking points as them too.

Changed: A fanbase that is composed of two types of people, naive children whom discovered the game through Roblox and assume that it's the next Undertale/FNAF/Etc and degenerative furfag groomers whom try to spread knowledge of the game across the web, especially through platforms like Roblox and VRchat.


Don't even get me started on most of the fan artists.

People who play minecrafr are either children or targeting children for profit or something more nefarious

Borderlands fans after borderlands 2 came out are usually unbearable redditors

Warhammer 40k fans are usually autistic nerds but they still have integrity

People that watch big mouth worship satan and hate everything good, wholesome, or righteous in the world

If you watch large twitch streamers (2k+ viewers) often and use twitch speak you are no longer human in my eyes and have become some sort of lemming with no self opinion

Mac users are vain and stupid in equal amounts, they would buy an apple brand money burning machine if they thought it made them look cool. These people are contributing to the death of user customizable and repairable PCs

Windows users are lazy but not as subhuman as mac users

Linux users are on the opposite end of the autism spectrum from Mac users, they expect everyone to have the same experience as a comp sci graduate and think it's normal to spend 20 minutes in a cli after installing a new hard drive or connecting to the internet

Halo fans are like a battered housewife, beaten nearly to death for the 3rd time but SURELY next time it will be different

The left 4 dead community is made up of two distinct types of people. Those who play campaign are some of the most chill, humble, and kind people you will ever meet. Those who play versus, on the other hand, are deranged, eternally seething lunatics who demand you do everything perfectly lest you get kicked.

STALKER fans tend to be extreme slavaboos, but they are otherwise chill. Metro fans are similar but they are much less slavaboo then the STALKER fans.

CSGO players are either Brazilian, Russian, or Chinese
