According to my observations this is all the stuff I gathered at time intervals of what I heard.

November 2017
- Joe Biden sniffing children.

October 2020
- Barely coherent speeches.

Winter 2021
-Struggling to walk on the stairs leading into the airplane.

Spring 2021
- Joe Biden saying "nigger" with no caution of shocking whose surrounding him.

Summer 2021
- Joe Biden questions why he is even in the White House.

March 2022
- Joe Biden confusing Ukraine for Iran

Spring 2022
- Joe Biden shaking hands with the air.

July 2022
- Joe Biden getting lost on White House grounds.
- Joe Biden shunned by the rest of the people in the White House.
- Joe Biden anxious over nothing.
- Joe Biden completely forgetting Barrack Obama's name referring to him as the other guy.
- Joe Biden forgetting to say "God Bless America"
- Joe Biden asking people what does he do now?
- Joe Biden given a sheet on how to behave like a normal adult.

August 2022
- Joe Biden saying the country will be reaching it's goals by 3025.

December 2022
- His speeches are really becoming incomprehensible.

This question isn't made to insult Joe Biden in any way as horrible as he is in my opinion but according to me, it's getting to the point where he's about to enter middle stages of dementia, now entering Stage 6 (Stage 3) and it's only a matter of a couple years where he's about to enter the late stages of Stage 7 (Stage 4) where we won't be able to understand a single word he says.

Reagan also had dementia in the White House. His wife cared though. She helped him along and helped him make decisions and cover up his mental illness. Biden's wife probably doesn't care. Biden was too touchy with their children as evidenced in his daughter's diary and can't help but sniff children for some weird reason. I really don't get the sniffing children thing. I have kids. They are all boys, but I have dated chicks with girls and I can't fucking smell them any different than anyone else. It's either nothing or "get your ass in the bath you stink" after they have been playing and sweating in the summer heat. I'm going off on tangents. Our political system is dead. Actions speak louder than words. Do something if you don't like it. When niggers don't like something they burn down their own neighborhoods. I'd suggest something different than that.

But Reagan was still largely coherent for most of his presidency, he only really started to visibly go downhill during the last year and a half or so of his second term.

Biden's long been in the stage(s) where he should be in a 24/7 assisted living facility, or cared for 100% of the time by relatives.

The only reason they've been able to fake him being semi-lucid is likely because they've been pumping him full of whatever medications they can to force him to be like a robot. His handlers probably thought that doing this meant they can keep the charade going at least for one term. And I say "fake" because he was already showing the signs of dementia before he was even put up to run against Trump. By the time he was actually "campaigning", it was painfully obvious to anyone not blindly believing The Message(TM) that Biden belongs on the couch in front of a TV while someone makes sure he doesn't wander off.

Slight powerlevel, but Biden in 2017 or so then reminds me of my grandpa now. He's still capable of holding a conversation with you, he's still lucid most of the time, but sometimes he gets that look on his face like he has no idea who you are or where he is. Or he talks about some event from the past (like 5+ years ago) like it was yesterday, and you have to remind him that was a long time ago.

The head sniffing shit goes back way earlier than 2017 and it isn't just kids he does it to. There's an image where he's doing a similar gesture to Obama after they won though I can't find the specific image anymore and I'm too lazy to find whatever moment it's a still from but It's like he's going in for a stealth sniff on Obama. I have no idea what the fuck Joe Biden's deal is with sniffing people's heads but he's clearly into it to some degree for whatever fucking reason. Otherwise I think you can chalk up his weird mannerisms to him basically being a slightly socially inept career big party politician a good majority of his life. Kinda like how other wealthy people in certain positions or authority seem to kind of forget how to act like normal humans.

Biden’s at the state where he’s probably having his signature forged on every other bill, EO and administrative demand and taking the credit for it, considering how perpetually desperate the current administration is for a major win (BBB got neutered hard and the gay marriage bill doesn’t count, since people largely attribute the whole thing to Obama)

...Or you know, he just has no principles or ethical reservations because he’s been a lifelong swamp creature.

Well, women sometimes wear perfume that smells nice, but you’ll still get in trouble for huffing their shoulder, and I don’t think girls really wear perfume.
