If you genuinely believe in immanent good that is worth protecting and striving for, then you can never get truly blackpilled.
Getting plenty of sleep, some regular exercise, eating enough vegetables, going out in nature and hanging out with people in real life helps too. And, last but not the least, spend less time on the Internet reading about things that make you angry. Human perspective is limited, and the more bad things you interact with and consume, the more negative your whole perspective on life will become.
