The urban legend of Polybius before crappypastas got their hands on it was a game that would show up in an arcade, you would play it, and then you wouldn't want to play video games anymore. Also, the quarters were collected by the ubiquitous in the 1990's men in black suits.
I've noticed in the various game chat threads, many people saying they are done forever. Granted that tends to be because of Modern Gaming tm, but I'm looking for people's specific "I'm done with this fucking shit" game.
Personally, I still play games, but tend to look backwards. Live Service games and Battle Royale never appealed, so of course I'm looking backwards. Recently wrapped up Doom 64. I enjoyed it, but got frustrated several times from the lack of a jump button.
