Apropos of nothing, it occurred to me recently that with the size and breadth of ideology of the userbase, there probably exist users here for whom the continued existence of this site, as a final holdout of free and open discourse in which to discuss said ideologies, is probably the only thing preventing some of them from becoming entirely disillusioned with the state of western society and committing a fedpost in real life. Probably.

Nool needs to organize some kind of IRL deathmatch between the site's top shitposters, with the last one living inheriting the admin account on his death.

Realistically the farms dies when Null either passes away or decides it's not worth the substantial effort he's put in anymore. I'd love to think it could survive under anyone else but that's just not going to happen. Even if a successor were chosen there's a 50/50 chance they won't stay as ideologically neutral as slobberdog has been, which would ruin a lot of the value of the site.
