the one thing that separates me (and most people in general) from lolcowdom is that i don't have an attention seeking personality.

that's the big underlying characteristic of pretty much every lolcow: they all want to be seen, want to be heard, want people to notice them, and their thirst for attention drives them to do all kinds of foolish things.

Being too active on social media and too public with personal details of your life is a good way to enter cowdom. Honestly most people probably have things about them and their life that others would look down on or get a laugh out of if they knew about, and stupid shit they've said in the past that they later come to regret or change their stance on. Always better to just keep these things to yourself and off the internet or you risk becoming a laughing stock at some point and only have yourself to blame for it.
