Since I was a kid I've always liked the smell of cigarettes. My parents never smoked in my lifetime but my older cousins who babysat me did and I would intentionally follow them around when they went for a smoke cause I liked the smell lol

I never smoked cigarettes but every single one of my exes did so now I either float around the corner like a looney tunes character smelling a pie on a window sill or have a nam flashback depending on what our last interaction was like. Chad Smith's daughter has a song with the line "My sweater still smells like your cigarettes / I guess you ain't been gone too long" that makes me feel some kind of way.

But I mostly lost my smell and taste to covid and it's been five years so I don't think it's coming back. There are a lot of smells I miss.

I take a multi with 1200mcg of retinyl acetate. I tried alpha lipolic acid and that did nothing. It's probably just fucked.

Uncle was always messing with bikes so gasoline smell is brings right to my childhood. To clarify the regular ambient smell, I'm not going nose deep into jerry cans like some rama rama abo.
