You forgot one very important thing. Do cardio. Most people don’t do cardio, even people who work out.Fasting 16-18 hours a day can fix literally the majority of illnesses old and overweight people face.

Skip to lunch and youll literally fix most of your ailments.

I worked out intensively for a while before a weird injury, and it was just boring. Sure, numbers go up, but so do your running stats. Or your cycling distance. Or any other measure of "actual useful" gains from cardio. Go out, run, choke on insects and see your surroundings. My dad knows basically most of the country from driving it flat on his motorbike. I know most of my immediate surroundings from biking. Fuck, go swim. No kid would pass up the change to bike or swim and yet adults rather drive to a warm gym to lift weights for an hour and feel like they're totally cool and validated, while the "skinny balding CEO" can run a marathon.You forgot one very important thing. I do 80 minutes of hard cardio per week and can run farther than 90% of the population on that little amount of practice. Pathetic tbh.
The reason adults feel like life moves along at twice the speed is because they stop challenging themselves. Kids are forced to do so much shit while adults can indulge willynilly. That's initially why I started fasting; to try something difficult. I already did a 1500 kcal dieting for a few months, losing 30 pounds, so my relationship with food is already stunted.That's what I did much of my adult life.
