What's the difference between someone in Rat Kings and Stinkditch?

Rat Kings seem to be all trannies, not sure of the difference at this point

In theory rat kings would be for all those alphabet people who are inexplicably connected to each other especially the one in big tech while stinkditch is just the run of the mill trannies. Don't know how well it works out in practice but that's the idea at least.
