Sometimes I scroll Facebook to find some of the worst political sperging I have seen yet, sometimes it's kiwifarms I'm doing this with and I can't decide which one is worse.
What's worse: political sperging on a platform on which certain opinions are censored and banned while others are disproportionately proliferated, or political sperging on a platform on which everyone has an equal say and information is allowed to proliferate organically?
It's fairly easy to avoid the political sperging around here. Facebook, too, as long as I can manage to avoid logging in over there. Then it's a good chunk of what their algorithm thinks I want, alongside kitty videos and nothing from friends, family, and groups I choose to join.
