On a 1-10 scale? About a 2, unless they are one of the ones that start fires just to put them out, then they are a 5 or 6.

Depends if you decide to alter them, which is foolish and I don't condone, I only learned it from polynesian folk that don't know no better.

Dunno, my nigger, but my countrys fire department is 95% volunteer based with a volunteer-to-state funded fireman ratio of 20.5.
So the only ones that might glow are those whose gear catches on fire, I guess.
